Q: Can you use a non-alcohol mouth rinse in it or only water?
A: Hello! It is not recommended to use essential oils in the reservoir. Mouthwash can be mixed with water and used in the reservoir. After using mouthwash, rinse the device to prevent clogging.

Q: How long, many days, can the water stay in the reservoir? Seems like it should be fresh water each and erevy time it's used.
A: Hi there! Kindly empty the reservoir for Philips Sonicare Cordless Power Flosser 3000 Oral Irrigator HX3826/24 after each use. For hygiene and performance, please drain the reservoir and dry it when not in use.

A: Hello! To clean the reservoir, twist the Cordless Power Flosser's reservoir out of it gently. The reservoir can be cleaned in the dishwasher's top rack or by hand using warm water and milk soap.

Q: how is the battery recharged?
A: Hello! The Philips Sonicare Power Flosser HX3806/04 can take up to 8 hours to fully charge the battery, but you can use the Cordless Power Flosser before it is fully charged. Gently pull and rotate the charging port cover on the back of the Cordless Power Flosser to expose the charging port. Plug the USB-A cable into the charging port on the back of the Cordless Power Flosser. Make sure the handle is completely dry before you connect the USB-A cable. Connect the USB-A cable into a 5V USB wall adapter (wall adapter not included). The battery indicator flashes while charging.

Q: What is the strength levels of the flosser? My dentist recommended I get at least a 6, and I saw the corded version goes up to 8
