I was surprised that this newer version is more powerful than another water flosser made by Waterpik that came bundled with my corded unit. It's strong enough, water pressure-wise, to replace the corded one, in my view.

I have returned the WF-21W010. It was not what I expected and was not easy to use. It seemed to be splashing water all over, and the tank emptied too quickly and had to be refilled to often. This was especially difficult in a shower. Also, I was very uncomfortable with the pulsating water even with the lower flow. It actually hurt my gums.

Not worth the cost, water capacity is way to small, water drips out of flossing attachment while flossing causing a very wet experience and it is difficult to dry chamber between uses

I have experienced such sensitivity in a number of teeth since purchasing this product, I have stopped using it. The reservoir is so small, it does not even last to go over the mouth completely. Wish I had my money back.

I use this item one time after fully charging it. I didn’t really like how it felt to use the product and I tucked it away in a cabinet thinking maybe maybe I would try again later, but forgot about it. A month went by and I went to use it again. It would not turn on. I fully charged it again and it still will not turn on.
