[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this toy for free in exchange for my honest review. I have 2 1/2 year-old twins, and the second they saw this box they were so excited. We have other brands of magnet tiles and these work perfectly with them. They are just as high-quality as the more expensive options and these have so many cute animals to help their imagination take off. My kids were learning zoo animals at the time and this really helped. The tiles are generally monochrome green with some designs along with the cute animals. There was enough to make a few things, but I would recommend if you have a budding master builder to get more than one set so you can get some larger builds created. I would also be cautious while playing if you have some younger kids because the triangles do have some sharp points but as long as your kid doesn’t fall on them, you should be fine. As an adult, it was fun to see what I could create as well with these, especially with how the animals fit into the different shapes. These are definitely a great option—since they are interchangeable with the other main brands of magnet tiles, you can mix them into any of your existing sets for a ton of fun.

They are effective in the fact they actually stay attached and the magnetic function is working. The durability of each tile is strong and would probably have to take a sledge hammer to break them which is great so no chance of those little magnets falling out and disappearing into the unknown.

This isn’t her first set but it’s a great add on with the trees and leaves being printed on them and the magnetic forest animals that come along with it. My three year old builds with these, staying occupied for a good while, learning how the different shapes go together and what kind of things she can build. For more elaborate builds, you’ll want a larger set but this is perfect to add to a growing collection of tiles! So fun and the animals are cute!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are fun, and decent quality. It comes with plenty of tiles, and my kids enjoyed the complementary toy. The downfall is that the magnets aren’t strong at all. My 3 year old struggles getting the pieces to stick together on her own. This leads to a lot of frustration. You have to have multiple pieces together for it to be even somewhat sturdy. If the magnets were stronger I would be buying more kits.

The age says 3-99 but my 2 year old can play with it easily, the pieces are not small and i have no worries about her fitting any in her mouth. Even so, i do supervise her playing with them just in case. The only part that could become concerning is if the pieces were to pop apart that make the animals and the little magnets came out but they seem made well and I don’t have concerns about them breaking apart. These are a great toy for your child to use their imagination and get creative. You can build them multiple different ways, so your kid won’t get bored. Theres also a good amount of pieces included, not too many that you have to spend forever picking them all up, but enough to be able to build and have enough pieces.

We really liked that the animals could look like they were climbing up the building. They last a long time and it I haven't seen them scratch which is always nice with younger kids. I think my favorite thing is that they work well with other magnetic tiles.

The forest animals set is a great addition to our other PicassoTile sets we have. It keeps my toddler busy for a decent time so I can get house stuff done or cook food. My two youngest love playing with magnetic tiles and they think the animals are so great in this set. The packaging is perfect and easy to open and restore the tiles. The colors are vibrant translucent and prefect forest colors. My seven year old daughter created the advanced set with only one problem..of of the pieces they gave in the directions did not exactly match the tile. It was a small difference in colors and design in a piece. Other than that, everything was great with hours of fun playing.
