Managers was not helpful trying to tell me that i could not return the ps5 that was not currently working when i had called customer service ahead of time and was informed i was still able to take it back before January 25 with a barcode. All of sudden the manager decided to do a 1 time transaction to trade it in for another ps5 . Target on tenaya is horrible staff over worked . Not enough staff at each department and unorganized.

My order got “lost” and they refused to do anything other than offer a refund. I wanted it investigated with UPS. Customer service said no, they would only offer a refund and nothing more. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Tried ordering for same day pick up. Kept getting notices they were actually not in stock so decided to order online. After 1 1/2 weeks (today) I found out my package was "lost" i.e stolen and it would not be delivered. Terrible experience all around, however they did give me $10 gift card so yay I guess... Would not recommend trying to make a purchase during holiday/peak season as it's a coin toss of if you'll actually receive your order smh

I am not a NBA 2K fan so I will probably sell the code, but the PS5 slim takes up much less space than my original disk PS5. It runs just as well. I prefer Xbox, but use this console for the Sony exclusives like GOW. The controller is awesome.
