Q: From the photos that have posted with reviews, these do not have the curled leaves of a Beaucarnea recurvata. Is this plant something different that has been grafted onto a bulb/base of a Beaucarnea recurvata?

A: Yes you can but it will be very easy for somewhere along the process for a mistake to be made and for it not to be exactly 12".

Q: Mt plant came in with mold and browning on it can i send it back and get a live plant because i spent my money on this and it was molded and dead i was very disappointed!!!

A: The Ponytail Palm comes in a small 5.5 in (diameter of the top) black pot. it is not decorative and the plant will not have to be re-potted immediately.

I ordered two lil pony tails. Came in great shape. Good packaging. Very healthy and green. They are small but still have three heads!! Like perfect miniatures almost! Its a cute little plant. I wish it came with some information on potting requirements/light/water, etc. It arrived and the box was in rough shape but the plant seems relatively healthy. I immediately unboxed and water in. There are two bulbs so I’m excited to have two new plants to brighten my home, but I just wish there were more instructions included.

It was not as presented on the website, but, I think it’s even better! I was very excited to find a 6 inch ponytail palm for so cheap so i decided to buy. Instead I got six individual baby ponytail palms, which I’m actually even more excited about. AND it came 4 days early! Truly a lovely little surprise and totally made up for the fact that it wasn’t what I ordered.
