I really like this cereal, it reminds me of a regular cereal I won't name that—as a recently diagnosed LADA (adult Type 1 diabetic) —need to avoid. It's not cloyingly sweet, has a nice berry hint and visible almond slice bits. For me, this is a great late night snack with almond milk. I have a hard time maintaining weight, so an extra 20g of protein without spiking glucose and not another chalky protein bar is awesome! Please keep it in production, Post!

I bought 2 boxes of this because the nutrients are way better than most breakfast cereal but the taste is so bland and chalky. The flakes are very hard and don't seem to dissolve with saliva which gives the feeling of eating sand. It's not inedible but no matter how much I want to like it, I can't see myself purchasing this again.

The best high protein cereal I've tried. I love it with fairlife milk, and as a treat, I'll put it in the oikos triple 0 vanilla Greek yogurt. SO good.

Great protein source without having to eat a heavy meat sourced protein plus one can only eat so much meat and egg whites every day. I pair this cereal with Ripple Unsweetened Milk for an added boost. I also like to add a banana on top if I have one on hand. Does this have the consistency of Frosted Flakes, no. At this time, you’re not going to get both. I choose to get that protein in with this decent tasting cereal.

I love that it doesn’t have any artificial sweetener aftertaste like that awful Keto cereal by Kelloggs. Perhaps some see it as expensive but actually is cost effective as it provides a good source of protein (I mean, what do other cereals provide you??) Someone complained about texture: that didn’t even cross my mind while I ate it.

I like this flavor slightly better than the chocolate flavor. I eat over 4 oz Greek Yogurt with added roasted almonds. The numbers are there for me. I LOVE THIS CEREAL. Please never discontinue. I am 9 mos out from gastric bypass surgery and this fulfills my nutritional needs perfectly, plus it feels like a TREAT. You should definitely marketing to bariatric practices across the planet.

I was all set to love this cereal being loaded with protein to keep my hunger at bay, but after the first bite the only thing that made a lasting impression was the aftertaste of the stevia. I won't be buying this again and the rest of the box will be going out to the squirrels.

I am a picky eater and I don't like many substitutes for protein but this cereal is actually really good in my opinion. I can hardly tell the difference from regular cereal (Special K berries) for instance.

If I could, I would not give this product a single star. The so-called "naturally flavored" cereal is truly ghastly. With milk, it tastes like eating round little cardboard pieces with spots of sweetness thrown in. Consumers, avoid this cereal.

I found this stuff at my local Grocery Outlet for 99 cents a box, and still well within the freshness date. Seemed worth a try at that price, especially because of the high protein content. I bought two boxes of the berry flavor. Don't do it. This is one of the worst breakfast cereals I've ever tasted. The flakes have no flavor at all, and once wet with milk, break up into tasteless, mealy granules. The texture is just foul. Now I am stuck with the decision of eating this awful stuff, or composting it and wasting my two bucks. I feel sorry for anyone who actually paid full retail for this.

Some boxes the flakes are so hard and hardly any berries. My box I am on right now is perfect with lots of berries. Flakes are also perfect. I hope Post makes the cereal consistent each time.
