Q: How can you tell when it is actually charging the controllers? Are the controllers supposed to light up when charging? Mine do not.

Feels pretty cheap tbh, but I managed to get it to actually work and charge 2 controllers at once. The controller needs to “click” in place and will light up, but kinda needs to sit in a way to cradle the controller while it’s plugged in underneath. Product does what it should, even though I was worried I’d need to return it when I originally got it. You just need to adjust the way the controller sits a little bit. Not bad , but I did see a lot of bad reviews on this product on here.

Haven’t even had this item for a week, finally took it out the box to use and it does not work well. First off, have to seriously push the controller down on the mantle for it to click in, the charge lights up then automatically shuts off. Waste of money, you’re better off buying the charging cord.

ay man don't buy dis joint, it sucks completely i have to push it all the way in for jt to even light up but its just for 1 second then it doesnt wrk, if your lucky yu vcan get a good one but honestly not worth da risk SAVE YO MONEY!

Appears to be cheaply made as both sides of the charger cannot charge. There’s something wrong with the seats for the charger. I’ve switched outlets to see if it was my apartment but nope. PASS!

Had ours for 4 years before it got lost in a move. 3 of those years only one side worked. It was not user error as one review suggests. It’s just poorly made. For the price, I’ll consider buying another, but it’s far from a good design

This is such a great multi controller charger. It sits perfectly in any space and doesn’t take up a lot of room. You do have to really pay attention when plugging the controllers in to make sure they’re on the dock correctly. Chargers 2 controllers at once easily & fast.

Does not work at ALL. I have tried MULTIPLE different plugs yet still not charge from either side of the dock. Complete waste of money. Do NOT waste your time!

I bought this and it works fine. I don't get why people are saying theirs weren't working, maybe it's because they weren't patient while putting the Dualshock on the charger. There were also comments that it wouldn't charge both controllers at once, but it worked for me though. I would highly recommend this for people whose Micro USB Port on the PS4 Controller is broken.

Been having trouble charging both my dual shock 4 controllers bought this item thinking it would work it doesn't it's supposed to lock into place but it doesn't you can still pull the controllers off a poor design in my opinion I guess when gaming starts to be poor quality it's time to retire and get out

So it has two slots to charge controllers. You can either click it up to stop charging or click down to charge. Simple concept except it would not work unless you pushed the thing down and manually KEPT it pushed down. DO. NOT. BUY. Unless you like wasting your time and money. We literally had to duct tape the slots down for it to work. Yes. I did try every other which way to get it to work.
