We bought this controller as a Christmas present in 2024 (yes, four months ago). Within one month this controller developed stick drift, and by the end of the second the battery stopped charging but would work while plugged in, by the end of the third it stopped working altogether. I submitted a ticket to address this through their website and have yet to hear from them. It's been no less than two weeks and not a peep. Four months for a wireless controller to completely die is outrageous, especially for the price we paid. Should have gone with a Microsoft Elite controller.

Pairing process is painful. After multiple failed attempts, the controller has stopped working in wired mode. Hours of troubleshooting later, I don't care about its features. I want a controller that works.

I've got 3 issues with the controller in a month. 1st being since I bought it is it will randomly die on me. 2nd I've noticed the right joystick is not straight. 3rd the agr1 button now clicks too far

I just got this controller and overall I am satisfied. Only thing that I feel could be better is the HQ app that goes along the controller. I noticed my zone 1 lights don't fully light up on one of the RBG settings as seen on the attached picture and I am not sure if it's supposed to be like that, but it's superficial. It's not stopped me from enjoying it. It's proved to be a good alternative.

I have contacted PowerA twice now for warranty issues I've only had the controller for 2 months and they have neglected to reach out to me. The right trigger stopped functioning after 2 months.

Controller is fantastic. Just be wary of the battery charge. The battery isn't compatible with Xbox so the charge icon on the Xbox UI does not function properly. Due to this, it's easy to lose track of the charge and the controller will die unannounced. Reconnecting after your controller dying is a nightmare.

I purchased the PowerA Fusion Pro Wireless controller in Oct-2024 for my Xbox series X. The controller felt great to play with even though it didn't feel as high quality as the official Xbox elite series 2 controller which I had for over 3 years before. Overall I enjoyed the controller despite various software bugs (LED customisation in the powerA app only worked ant times, no battery status on the Xbox Home Screen etc). The most disappointing thing is the bad quality of the controller. After just 1.5 months the joystick was malfunctioning and I needed to return the controller to the retailer I bought it from. Luckily they gave me a brand new powerA fusion pro wireless controller that I needed to wait for 1 weeks (not in stock). After just 1 month this brand new controller broke as well! It just didn't turn on at all one day… after multiple trouble shooting attempt, trying to charge it is through dock and cable or hard resetting it I got sick of it and went back to my local retailer and asked for a full refund to get the elite series 2 core instead (my last one lasted 3 years and only needed replacement only due to wear and tear). It is a shame I really liked the controller but the low quality made me go back to the official elite that is not much more expensive but more reliable and lasts longer

Love this controller but a couple thing make it bit annoying at times. One the xbox won't display the controllers battery life so you have to guess how charged it is. Two when the controller is charged on its dock it keeps its lights on so it seems like it charges slower than it could. Sometimes when you walk away for a bit to do something, when you get back you'll have to reconnect the controller. This seems to happen more frequently the lower the battery is, which is annoying when you can't really gage the battery life of the controller. Otherwise those this controller is great for both playability and customizable.

I just got this controller a few weeks ago and for some reason recently when using the controller, I move the thumb sticks and I've noticed the rainbow RGB lighting option stops moving inside the controller now while pressing down on the buttons and moving the sticks on the controller but once I let go of the sticks the lights start moving inside the controller again. It didn't do it when I first got the controller 2 weeks ago and there's no fix even when restoring the lights to default using the app. It seems to be a glitch with the RGB lights inside of the controller. If they could fix the RBG lighting inside of the controller, this would be a 5 star controller. The RGB is the reason why I got this controller.

I didn't even have 3 hours of gameplay on this controller when the rgb lights gave out. Not worth the price tag.
