While it is time consuming I’d much rather make my own sauce for pasta. I tried this with pasta and I made some toasted cheesy bread with this both were just okay.

This could have been easily jazzed up more by adding chicken, but I wanted easy for the week night. I definitely recommend this for an easy, tasty, quick dinner.

The texture is much smoother than I expected. It has that classic Prego texture, with the taste of their garlic alfredo and a classic pesto all in one jar. I ate this with penne pasta, which held the sauce well within, which made it even better. I would definitely purchase this again.

I boiled some angel hair pasta along with roasted chicken on top of the pesto sauce was very good and will be trying again.
