[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that I was a little concerned if my family and I would like this product, and for our surprise, everyone included the little ones liked the taste of these sauce. This sauce is creamy with a very good flavor and texture. It is not very sour to my surprise. After having prepared this pasta with chicken and the prego sauce, I can say that it will be on my shopping list and will be consumed in my home more often.

I used it for a shrimp pasta. I would also try chicken as it sounds great. You can also use it for a sandwich like a dressing substitute for mayonnaise.

As to the sauce itself, the it is not very appealing to the eye once on the plate and taste wise it’s ok. I tried it without adding anything additional and was it was ok. Once I added grated Parmesan cheese and some garlic salt it was a lot better. It would not be my go to pasta sauce but if it is what I have on hand I would use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed this parmesan pesto sauce, it has the pesto flavor as well as a bit of cheesy flavor which goes well on spaghetti with dry parmesan on top. Spaghetti is my favorite food and using this sauce instead of my usual marinara inspired me to change things up. I would recommend this to anyone who does not know what to expect from pesto and likes Alfredo sauce, as the flavor of this reminds me of it. I look forward to trying other flavors from Prego to find new ways to change up my food as I love to eat and experiment with new flavors.
Cheap. Easy to find great in a pinch, not gourmet.

I just don't think that all of the ingredients mixed together made a good sauce even after what I like to call. Doctoring the sauce up. It still wasn't up my expectations so I wouldn't buy it again unfortunately. But this is just my opinion and I have different taste buds then other people. Hopefully they change a few things and it improves and I would be willing to try it again.

Another night I made it with ziti pasta and the kids loved it as well as us! I was hesitant at first because I have not had pesto before, but it was creamy and had a nice hint of Parmesan to it. It reminds me of white homemade Alfredo with Parmesan. It was so good! Will definitely be using this again!

We are a busy family so having a delicious meal I can throw together quickly is a must have. I was very impressed with how delicious this sauce is. Prego didn’t let me down with this one!
