Q: Isn’t the 5.9 a measurement of 1/2 the band and total, if it was cut apart is 12 inches?

Bands are too short for a 5'7" person. I measured the light one to be 48". Also, no info on the amount of resistance for each band (i.e. 5 lbs., etc.) I will be returning these.

They are not long as they look FYI if your needing for exercises would not recommend them there just too short im 5’6” so with that being said that’s short for bands !

The bands seem too short. When sitting up I wrap it around one foot and have to reach down to my knees. It seems they should come up to around my thighs

Nice set of versatile bands for stretching or exercising. I've used these for hamstring stretching and for shoulder rotation exercises, as well as some warm up seated rows. You can't go too intense on these things because they don't have handles, but they are a nice addition to my home gym. There are 3 resistances so you can switch them up depending on what you're doing.

The all in motion premium flat band kit includes 3 bands of increasing resistance and 1 pouch for carrying/storage. I have never used fitness bands before so I have nothing to compare these to, but they seem to be high quality. I can definitely feel the difference in resistance between the 3 levels. Also, these won’t take up much space in your bag if you need to tote them around.

This all in motion premium flatbed kit with three bands, and one caring bag is a great deal. My husband and I use them when we are working out and exercising. It is also easy to use while we are just watching TV.

The Premium flat band kit has different level of agility from light, medium, and heavy strength for stretch and resistance. I used them for my arms, back, and legs for toning muscle. The bands help to give me a good stretch.

I’m not afraid to pop the bands with my mighty pull but it will take more than one band to increase my resistance! This came with three in all and they are different pastel rubbers. The smell is strong and lingering.

I love these bands for my at home and on the go exercises. I use them at home all the time because they are so versatile. I also pop them in my luggage when I travel so I can get in a workout anywhere I am. I like that there are 3 strengths for variety and the carrying case makes them super portable.

These seem to be pretty nice resistance bands. They’re thick, but have nice stretch. They’re labeled on one side , light, medium, and hard. The labels are not very visible on the medium and hard, but they’re different colors. I didn’t notice a huge difference between the medium and hard. I like how I can use these and get more mobility and full range of motion than I can with mini loop bands. The pouch is handy and well made.

Love these bands. Sometimes it’s hard for me to lift weights, so I find these as a great way to get some resistance without lifting. I also like using them to stretch before and after a long run or a big workout.
They really give my arms and full body a work out with minimal room needed for use

I have never used flat bands in my exercise routine before. Made by all in motion, these bands are light weight but you you can feel the resistance between the light ,medium and heavy. They really give my arms and full body a work out with minimal room needed for use. They are heavy duty, premium quality and comes with a small nylon carry bag. Perfect to take on a trip when a gym isn't an option. I highly recommend this product.
