Q: Serious Question... Is this for Caucasian hair too? Looked up best gel for fine hair and this came up but all videos are of African American women?

A: White guy here with very fine hair. Considering the price, this is the best gel ever. Super cheap and holds well without that crunchy feeling. My wife is mixed and she uses it too...that’s how I first found out about it. Never thought we could ever share products.

I love this gel! I use it with a curl cream and mousse and I style soaking wet- my hair is a higher porosity and moisture is a must for my curls. So if your hair doesn’t need a lot of moisture- this may be too heavy- but it’s worth a try! This gel is the best gel I’ve found and even better for the price!

The new formula is awful. I have used this product for over 8 years now and loved the old formula. The new formula is TERRIBLE! It hold for like an hour if I apply a lot, but now it also dries out my hair. Looking for alternatives now and will not be repurchasing.

I’ve used this product for 10 years. This new formulation is horrible. My hair is incredibly dry when using it. It has also caused ALOT of shedding which has never happened before with the old formulation. I’m so disappointed as this has been my go to product for years. Also agree with everyone else that it doesn’t have any hold.

This gel is great! I have naturally curly hair and this works great for scrunching and keeps the curls in place all day! Its also does not leave my hair feeling crunchy and is not sticky at all (which I love!). I also use it for fly-aways when doing any hairstyle, it works like a charm! And the price!! It's so affordable and will last me forever!

Was recommned eco as a gel and was very disappoined in the way the product worked. Does not do its job. I think the olive oil overpowers the gel and makes it seem more like a leave-in treatment. Would not buy again.

I have natural hair & I’ve used this gel for over 10 yrs. The look of the packaging changed & with that, there was also a change in formula. This gel is now equal to me using water on my hair, it does nothing. No hold for my curls or shine. I’ll sadly have to find a replacement for this gel.

This is such a great hair gel that my husband and I both use it. My hair is thick and wavy, this gel is amazing for taming the frizz and accentuating the waves at the same time. It's unscented. It comes in a huge container for a really low price. We use either the olive oil or argan oil version depending on what's available when we restock.
