Protect little faces on the go with Blue Lizard Kids Mineral Sunscreen Stick. This broad-spectrum UVA/UVB SPF 50 protection glides on easily, rubs in clear, and dries smooth, not sticky. Maximum water resistance (80 minutes) means more fun in the sun. Made with skin-nourishing botanicals, this formula helps nourish your little one’s skin. Throw it into your bag, backpack, or pocket for on-the-go broad-spectrum protection. This sunscreen stick is formulated with mineral active ingredients. It is vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free, and free from potentially harsh chemical sunscreen active ingredients that might irritate sensitive skin. Pocket-sized and TSA-friendly, this is the perfect travel companion to our sunscreen lotions. How to Use: Apply liberally to dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every 2 hours. For topical use only. Keep out of reach of children. For children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor. Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. She said it felt good and it doesn’t leave residue like other sunscreen. There is a light scent but I honestly didn’t realize the smell.

The packaging is small and makes it easy to travel with for easy reapplying however it does leave a slight white cast on darker skin tones.

I wasn’t a fan of the scent however it wasn’t bad I just wish it has a nice smell. I also love that it wasn’t vegan doesn’t clog pores and free of parabens.

I grabbed this sunscreen for the kids because, let’s be real trying to find one that actually works and doesn’t cause a full-on skin rebellion is no easy task. My kids have sensitive skin (and strong opinions), so I was crossing my fingers when I tried this. First of all, the bottle changes color in the sun, which weirdly made them excited to put it on win #1. It’s mineral based (zinc oxide), goes on a little thick at first but blends in better than most others I’ve tried. And it actually stays on, even after sweating and pool time. No burns, no rashes, no drama. I also love that it doesn’t smell like a tropical drink just a clean, subtle scent. Bonus points for being reef safe and having solid ingredient quality. It’s not the cheapest, but honestly, for peace of mind and zero complaints from the kids? Worth every penny. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with sensitive skin or just sick of reapplying 100 times a day.
