Q: When I hold the power button to turn it on it beeps about 4 times and turns off. There is a rectangular light under the plum beauty logo when charging but when I take it off it just beeps on warm???

The heat is just right - not too hot! And the vibration feels nice. My face doesn't get irritated which is a huge! plus but I wish the cold got to a more icy cold. My face gets heated easily and sometimes I just need that but it is a nice calm cool feeling. I like it and will continue to use it and it feels nice when you have a headache. I recommend.

Instead of the usb plug in, I would use a direct charging device to be plugged into the wall. Overall, I saw much improvement in my skin.

If my eyes are puffy and need cooled down I can use it for that or if I need my pores opened up and some heat on my face it works for that as well. I have slight puffiness under my eyes and really want to get a jump start on reduces the puffiness. I use this massager on the cold setting with a bit of eye cream and I can see the puffiness leave. I love that I can use it with my own creams and serums without needing anything special. I use the heat setting to massage my face and really get those serums to sink into my skin. It feels so amazing, I could just lay there and massage my face for quite a while. After a long day, I have even used this massager around my neck and shoulders. A bonus is that it is so portable I took it on vacation with me and was able to charge it with my laptop and phone block. I am really finding this massager to be quite relaxing and effective as I have less puffiness under my eyes. This massager is a must have! I have already ordered one for my bestie for Christmas.

Not to mention, it’s easy to use & clean, gentle on the skin, and extremely multifunctional. You can both massage the skin as well as infuse all types of skincare products, all without being rough since the temperatures are perfect (not too hot or cold while still getting the job done). I can’t recommend it enough!

It charges quickly which is a plus. The tool heats and cools within seconds and is extremely comfortable on the the skin. The facial massager is light-weight and sleek design makes it easy to hold. Super simple to use and love the fact that it is rechargeable! The applicator head is large and covers a lot of area as it easily glides across the face. Cleaning up is easy as well! Not only does it have vibration mode but the hot and warm setting are superb! I use the hot setting when I am wanting my pores to open for a deeper absorption of my products. And it's cool setting has been great for depuffing my early morning eyes! The Plum Beauty Hot & Cold Facial Massager has definitley taken my skincare game to the next level.
