[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the flange measurement that came with the “Find Your Flow Kit”. Both measurements equated to the same size flange. However, after using these flanges, there hasn’t been an increase in comfort or milk output. I wouldn’t recommend these. I don’t think the the sizing chart works properly either. I’ve thought about purchasing the 19mm flanges and the other sizes as well to see if it’s a sizing issue, but you can purchase other sets for much cheaper that come with different sizes. I am a huge fan of willow and their products, but these were an overpriced flop.
