I am able to get a large capacity wearable pump with large flanges and that makes such a difference in my supply. I dislike that there is no silicone stopper or other such item to close the top of the containers when I'm not pumping. The fact that I can't put these back in the case and carry on until I can get my milk home makes it hard. Also, the pump works great but only if it is put together the EXACT right way. It seems like something that should be easy to put together, but it isn't. If I don't do it in the exact steps I've figured out to do with the exact right pressure, the pump pushes the flanges out and it doesn't work. I have a deep love hate relationship with this pump.

I I am using inserts in the flanges and don’t produce as much. Looks like theres no sizing options for flanges under 21mm unfortunately. Wasted my money.

Hi, Faythe! If you measure smaller than 21mm or you would like improvement in comfort, latch or milk volume we have sizing inserts available in 13, 15, 17, 19 and 21mm and fit perfectly in the 24mm flange or container tunnel.

Wish they came in more sizes, especially since most women need smaller sizes than 21 or 24mm, and using the sizers means an extra piece to wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest first I hated this pump but the I found the exact right flange size fit (24mm + 19mm silicone insert) and upgraded to the 7oz splash proof collection cups and now I prefer it over my spectra pump. The only downside of this pump is that you have to charge it more often and there are more parts to it than the spectra but other than that this is pretty much the closest you’ll come to freedom while pumping. I can pick up my baby now and carry him around a little bit at least and prepare food for my older one, all while pumping.
