Although the strong sulfur-like smell in urine can be a little surprising, this effect is harmless. In fact, it is a sign that your body is processing the Alpha lipoic acid. Vitamins that are essential to your body needs are in this product. This helps with your nerve health and as we get older, our nerves need extra help. Also this assists with healthy blood flow and this is very important. I have some foot pain and had it for a year or so and after taking this daily, it has really assisted me and has gotten better. Some relief was provided and that is a win for me. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I am in my 40s and have experienced exactly this. I learned that "alpha lipoic acid has been shown to help with occasional nerve aches and discomfort and B Complex Vitamins nourish nerves, enhance neurotransmission, and build nerve insulation." These are the main ingredients in these pills, along with turmeric and ginger. I use these in cooking, so I feel comfortable having them in a supplement as well. The pills are big, but not so large that I can't swallow them. I like that they are sugar free as I am trying to minimize the amount of sugar I consume. I received a free product in exchange for my honest review.
