RSP Nutrition AminoLean Pre Workout Powder - Pink Lemonade - 205gms

I am very sensitive to caffeine but I was desperate to try something that could provide energy without making me feel sick and shaky. I started taking 1/2 doses to try it out and within a month I was taking full servings. No jitters or side effects but I absolutely get the energy I need! I personally love the taste of this as well. Sometimes I mix it in with my powdered greens which makes the bitterness of the greens MUCH more bearable.

They need to cut the sweetness by like 1/2 or more. So sweet, I have trouble getting it down. 3 stars because it probably does what it's supposed to (be a preworkout) but I can't really tell because I'm fighting for my life just to drink it. Can't even taste any flavor really, just sweetness

Gives me clean energy without the jitters!

I’ve never tried anything energy related so I thought this would be a great start for the gym but it made me feel sick! It could just be me but I’ve never felt like this before especially at the gym. I got the worst nausea that lasted hours and a headache that would not go away. Will be returning.

The taste us good just as described, it doesn’t give me a tingling sensation like other pre workouts but it works well it keeps me with energy for my workout.

I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. I’m not a huge lemonade person, and was expecting a more sour flavor. However the flavor was light and more sweet than sour. I was pleasantly impressed. I usually get fruit punch flavor, and grabbed this one as it was the only one available. Would probably buy again on sale!

I’m not sure why people are saying it’s too sweet because it’s not. You have to mix it with a 8oz glass and it tastes fine to me.

I have bought and used Amino Lean for years now, and this is the first time I have a bad experience with it, I have used the pink lemonade flavor before so I know the taste but this one this time was awful, it tasted liked rotten lemons, even when you open the container the smell was super awful, I bought one more, same flavor different store and while the flavor was not as bad, still the flavor is not what it used to be. Definitely recommend the other flavors but this one won’t be in my shopping list ever again.

It gets the job done but it is literally so sour and so sweet it pains me to drink it so naturally I’ve been dry scooping it and fighting for my life for a minute after to get it over with

Wayyy too sweet with two scoops. I am going to try one scoop per 8oz. Otherwise the flavor is pretty good. Used in a shaker and still has some larger particles— put into ninja portable blender and did much better

Definitely gives me a good burst of energy! I don’t like the crazy numb feeling you get when you drink other pre workouts. This one is definitely a better cleaner choice. Yes, the taste is pretty sweet, but I just add a tad extra of water. You do get use to the taste. If you don’t like particulary sweet things to drink you might find yourself choking this down, lol,

I recently started using this. I wanted to cut back on Celsius/redbull… and can I say I LOVE this stuff! It gives me more energy, I can actually focus, and doesn’t leave me with a nasty feeling! It is pretty sweet but I squeeze a lemon in with it and it’s perfect! The lemon gives it more of a lemonade taste and cuts back the sweetness! 10/10 recommend!

THIS IS SO MUCH MORE THAN AN ENERGY OR WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCT. Brain fog is gone within hours of drinking this. The energy and consistent stability of mood is fantastic. The list goes on, if you want to think sleep love and enjoy your day GET THIS. I use 1 scoop in a 12 oz water bottle. 6x in total throughout the day. I'm 56 yrs old and this is a true blessing

I found this to be way too sweet. It reminded me of kool aid. I had a good workout after drinking it but it’s not a taste I can have daily. It’s superrrrr sweet and was expecting more of a lemon balance. I won’t be purchasing again.

Taste is pretty powerful, a bit too sweet at first, but the flavor grows on you. Definitely a pink lemonade-ish taste or darn close anyway. Isn't too overpowering either. At first, I mixed with just water (300ml) but now I do half almond milk and half water to make it creamier (and to keep the fats down, hence the 1/2 cut with water). Also adding unflavored collagen to boost the creaminess, and this makes for a great post-cardio drink. Blend in a single-serve blender with ice for added zest. Now, only 3 stars, 'cause while it does taste good, and I do enjoy drinking it, I don't really get any boost of energy off of it. I've tried it as a pre-workout as well, and it doesn't make a difference. However, it does curve that post-workout starvation, which is handy, and it's a nice sweet and cold treat after biking that's also keto. Not sure how much the 5g of amino acids are helping, if at all, after one solid month of (daily) use. But it's not hurting anything.
