This works great! I take 2 along with a cup of unsweetened green tea 1-2 hours before bed and by morning it’s time to “go”. It’s gentle and so effective.

It works well to flush out my colon I take 3 to 4 in evening no food after. Drink lots of water after taking them. The more water you drink the more your colon will cleanse.
