Q: Does this also kill mold spores and viruses? And how often do I need to change the filter?

Q: If there is a red icon lit up at the top of the control panel does this mean that my hepa filter needs to be changed?

A: Hi Micaela, Thank you for your question! When it is time to replace the filter, the filter reset icon will light up solid red. Replace the filter then press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to reset the filter. The red icon will turn off after reset. Machine is very faulty. When I turn it on in the evening when baby sleeps, I set up the fan speed to 2, turn the light feature off, and activate sleep mode, but by the middle of the night, the sleep mode is off, lights are changing colors, and speed of the fan is at 3, which sounds like a plane is taking off out of a sudden - it has a mind of its own. Occasionally it turns off in the middle of the night, and I have it far away from the wall as the manual recommends, I check the filter and it's fine (I just bought it), not sure what else to do to prevent these irregularities, it's very annoying.

We absolutely love our Bear Air air purifier. It provides a soft light for night light, a nice quiet fan that provides just the right amount of background noise, and truly does an amazing job filtering the air. I was shocked at how the filter looked when it was time to change it. We sleep better knowing our little one has nice clean air to breathe at night

I received the air purifier as a gift from my baby shower and I am so glad I put it on my registry because we love it. Not only does it allow my son to breathe in cleaner air but it also looks adorable in the nursery. It is also very easy to use.

This happens if I don't set the sleep function. After 20-30 minutes the unit will shut off. Basically, I can't have more than 8 hours run time unless I turn it back on. The air seems to blow clean. No other in conveniences. I've had the unit for about 3 weeks.

I love the purifier. It is very cute , the bear shape makes it perfect for my nursery. I used it every night. I can really smell the difference. The night light is a bonus for when I am checking on the baby. I would recommend this product to anyone. My son os now 3 months and no type of sickness.

I love this air purifier! The best thing about it for me is that it’s safe for your little ones. I had another brand that had a high score for giving off radiation and magnetic frequencies. Not ideal for children. This one is great because it has an optional nightlight feature, 4 stage filtration system (nice for mold, germs, bacteria, pet dander etc.), 3 fan settings acting as a sound machine (a huge plus in my home), a child lock feature, auto timer and sleep mode. Lots of features so it’s totally worth the cost. The only con I have that’s not even bad is that it’s quite large so finding a spot for it can be challenging but overall it’s a great product. I’m thinking of buying another one for my bedroom. 😁

This review is after the use of this product. First of all, very quiet. I am sensitive to sound during sleep but this one didn’t bother me at all. Second, easy to use. Basically a press of the button and you get the purifier operate. But be careful using the VC button with your little one. I would not use it in my children’s room. Third, we all felt the difference of the air quality in the room. My daughter is allergic to a lot of stuff in the spring. We did feel the air become fresher (after one night of keeping the device on). I hope this air purifier will bring some magic for her allergy. All in all, happy with this purchase!

A friend of mine recently recommended the PureZone Halo as a great option for a high quality air filter that wasn't too expensive and when I saw they had this adorable bear, I could not resist. It's not too bulky, the lowest setting is super quiet, the second level is a great white noise for sleep and the third level is great if you want a stronger speed. My only critique is that it takes a bit to figure out the nightlight settings but I like the rainbow cycle a lot, not too bright.

I bought this not too long after my son was born, and I only wish I bought this sooner! My son loves the night light and I’m happy knowing the air where he sleeps and plays is nice and clean. Filter has three different fan settings, and has the option of turning on/off the UV filter. Colors can also be adjusted to stay or change to your liking! I believe filters are good for 6 months, which is awesome! Pure enrichment also sells a wiper warmer, which I also love! This brand has the best products!!

We bought this for our baby who has a dog allergy to help keep her room's air clearer of those allergens. Since purchasing, her congestion has seemed to improve. We love how cute and quiet it is and it's safety features. As long as it's not on high, I can't even hear it over the baby monitor. Very easy to clean the filter (we use a lint roller) and plan to use this for years to come. The reliability and warranty of Pure Enrichment products are amazing. This is the 3rd air purifier from Pure Enrichment that we are using currently on our home.

The Kids Bears are so unique and fun. This was the only "themed" purifier I could find - that wouldn't just look like a machine. We placed one in each of our children's rooms and do feel they are helping with air quality. My only suggestion would be an air quality indicator/light of some sort that would show how well the product is working.
