Q: Can it be used on vinyl flooring even damaged portion as well as on carpet and rugs?

For stains or soiled carpet/upholstery, a cleaning solution can be applied to the fabric as needed.     This is my second purchase of the PureClean Rolling Steam Cleaner. When we recently moved, we gifted our older cleaner to our housekeeper. Now that we have moved, we find we miss it too much, so without hesitation I chose Pureclean. It puts out mountains of steam that seems to last forever. I even use on my shirts....I just hang them up in the closet and blast them. No ironing! A few recommendations. Use distilled water. Yes it is a pain, but it cleans better and prevents a deposit from forming in the boiler. When you first hoit the steam button, don't hook up any attachments right away. Hold it over the sink, hit the button and some water will come out. It just takes a few seconds, but means your pad isn't soaked before the steam hits it. I also keep track of the amount of water I put in it so it doesn't sit with water in it. It's a great unit and solidly built.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this product is. I use it for everything. I steam my fridge & freezer, oven, bathtub, chairs, etc. (the steamer is especially good for small crevices) I even clean my outdoor toys, and outdoor furniture with it and I truly love it. I am amazed at how much quicker the work gets done with this product.
