i bought the heating pad for my cramps and then kept it for everyday warmth. Iworked great for about 4 months and then just died and started malfuntioning. I wish I could get a replacement or a refunbd but I guess I am just out $30.

Product worked at first, but in less than a year, it no longer works. The thermostat blinks on red and it was on my lap at the time it stopped working as I use it when on the computer in my office.

Gets hot quickly, but only stays hot for a few minutes, then gets mildly warm. I have to constantly turn it off and on, to get to be hot like it was the first few minutes.

This is my second one. The first one seemed to work well when we used it but didn't have to use that often. Then the light kept blinking and would not turn on. My daughter needed one so I bought another to try it again. Worked fine and maybe used 3 or 4 times since we bought it last month. Then when using all of a sudden I noticed smoke and a electrical.smell and then my back burning. The thing started on fire. I strongly do not reccomend after 2 bad heating pads. 1 stopped working and the other starting on fire. Attached are pictures. d

Our heating pad just ran 68 hours straight at the highest setting to thaw an external hot water heater intake pipe and kept it from refreezing. Amazing durability.

Gave it two stars because it’s soft and I like the fact that it’s washable. Does not produce heat. Luke warm only. I can’t feel it through my clothes. Only if I press it hard against my bare neck can I feel any warmth.

Doesn’t get hot enough!! High was hardly even warm. Get the one with 6 settings. Its highest option is actually HOT! I’ll be returning this one.

After first use the heating pad lost heat after 15 minutes. The light was still on but got cold, so I unplugged, switched settings from low to high and nothing worked. I tried again the next day and same thing happened. Not sure if I just got a bad product or what but the auto off is supposed to be 2 hrs NOT 15 MINS!! If this is how this product works I do not recommend. Hoping I just got a faulty product and they send me a new one as I already threw the box away, I should have known better.

I bought two pads a year ago after having a painful kidney stone, and kidney stent placed. Both are still working well, and I take them to work now to keep me warm. My dog chewed through one cord and I cannot find a replacement cord, but otherwise this was a great purchase. The products still work, I can wash them with no issue. I’ve experienced the blinking light as well but it’s because I’ve had it turned on for an extended period of time. I like that it turns off after 2 hours, great safety feature.

This past Thanksgiving 2024 I was gifted the extra large heating pad to help me with my chronic pain, in December 2024 I was gifted a very nice heating blanket from your company too, and here we are almost at the end of February 2025 and neither is working anymore. My daughter unfortunately doesn't have the receipts for either purchase. I'm just really disappointed she spent over $100.00 just to last a short time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
