Q: Does this heating pad have heat all the way to the edges? If not, where do the heating coils end around edge? does it only have heat in the center of the pad? And the edges no heat?

A: I pure had one, the very edges do not have heat. On the long side, no heat the last 2 inches of the edge and on short side a good 4 inches have no heat!

My son purchased this product for me a year and a half ago. Just yesterday it started flashing an F and after resetting many times it is not corrected. Apparently it is a coil issue and no replacements available. Very disappointing as this product gave me pain relief after medical procedures I have every eight weeks.

This heating pad is very soft and flexible. I don't feel like it's going to get crimped and kinked if it folds a bit. What I take issue with is the low temperature range. It has six heat settings, but I feel like it really only has three. Four feels like low heat, five is medium, and six is high. I could deal with the vanity setting if the hightest setting felt theraputic. It does not. I get heating pads to deal with muscle and joint stiffness and this heating pad does not get it done. I'm going to have to go back to the reliable drug store heating pads for this and keep this pad for the days I'm feeling a little chilly and would like something to warm me up.

Cranked this up to the highest setting, and while it does get to the max temp pretty quick, the max temp is a joke. Think I'd get better warming by standing in the sun on mild day than this thing can kick out.

This is my third Pure heating Pad in the last 6 years. The first one lasted 3 yrs. The second one 2 years. They got good and hot and stayed that way. The third one was delivered about an hour ago and it's cranked up to level 6 and is barely warm. Not even a level 2 on the other ones. A waste of my energy, time and money. Never again. Buyer beware.

Product is well made with good features. What I do not like is the one side completely covered with caution and washing information. This wording is all in the booklet. #1 it defaces the product. #2 it's overkill. If you listed one or two things, maybe people would pay attention to it. When you list 12, it's too much. No one is going to read all that. I hope it will wash off
