Push Button Combination Shower Head - Waterpik: 7-Setting, Chrome-Plated, EPA WaterSense, 1.8 GPM

It’s been good for two years, but has been loose and falling to the side for a long time. Today it called it quits, in the middle of my shower lol. Water just stopped flowing through. At first I thought our water turned off but nope, it’s indeed the head. Time for a new one!

I enjoy the pressure and it is very sturdy. The only thing I do not like is that the hose is a little short and does not reach the bottom of my shower, this makes it a little difficult for things like cleaning the tub or pets.

I loved this at first. But then it started sagging, leaning, and ultimately— falling apart. I don't have a lot of money so I've just been tediously fixing it into being usable for several months now. The actual showerhead is heavy and the pieces supplied to support it don't do a very good job at it. So as much as I liked it at first, I can't say it's a good product.

Main shower head? Great water pressure. Detachable shower head? Great water pressure. But turning on both for the “rain” mode? Extremely weak. I don’t even consider this product having a rain mode because it just makes both heads’ water pressure very weak and it serves no purpose or utility.

Garbage hose ruins otherwise good shower head set

This is a definite upgrade from my last shower head. It’s great if you are tall. It’s therapeutic and the water combinations are excellent.

I love the dual feature, which makes it easy to have more than one person in the shower. Shifting between heads is easy with a one finger touch. The powerful massage features are great after a hard day's work. The finish is very nice and wipes cleans easy, and no clog nozzles are great. Especially if you have hard water. Having the option of a water saver setting is something I highly appreciate. 10 out of 10, I recommend!

The additional handheld shower nozzle option is fantastic, when using it you still have water hitting you from the other shower head so you don’t get cold. Water pressure is great as well. The only thing I don’t live is that the chrome does not match my bronze fixtures in my bathroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a shower head with a hand-held device ever since I spent time in France where this is almost standard. I like the plastic covered flexible hose because that will prevent wear and tear (based on experience in France.) It is easy to switch to different spray options although I usually stick to one. It is great for washing one's hair if you don't want to step into the shower and also great for cleaning the bathtub, too. I like that it has the Eco-spray to save water. Very important these days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this dual shower combination to have more options when showering. Initially, I was wondering though if having 2 showerheads would reduce waterflow and pressure and/ or cause me to take more time in the shower. Well. let me tell you about my experience ... With the use of 1 wrench, I was able to remove my old showerhead and connect the 3 watertight fittings for the new assembly in less than 5 minutes total. I really couldn't believe how incredibly easy and effortless that was to do. The larger fixed shower head does provide a larger spray area with decent pressure both alone and in combination with the handheld showerhead. While the pressure is good on the larger fixed head, my preference is to use the handheld in the fixed position on the larger showerhead base. I just am used to higher pressure. Speaking of the handheld unit: Not only does it have several standard spray settings (including the higher pressure setting I mentioned), it has the powerpulse massage option. So noting the higher pressure setting and the massage setting is more than adequate, there are no issues of there being less water pressure because of the water hose extension to the handheld showerhead. As far as the amount of time I am spending in the shower, once I figured out the spray options by trying them out, showering became an easy routine with the new set-up. I prefer the handheld unit in the fixed position (and that is great for quick high pressure showers that I like) and then when I have more time and want to relax I take down the handheld head and switch between the high pressure and the massage powerpulse settings. I should mention that it is easy to switch between the 2 showerheads just by pushing the button at the bottom of the fixed larger showerhead. Also worth noting is that the hose of the handheld head is long enough to reach everywhere I need to for my showering purposes but also is long enough to be able to spray the shower walls for cleaning and could also be used to bath a dog or other small animal. Final thoughts: Waterpik has made another great product (I alreadything use a Waterpik water flosser). I like the quality of all the components and I found every very easy to set-up and use.

I do really like the hose, compared to my previous Waterpik, it is really easy to keep clean, because it does not have the crevices for water to sit in. The water pressure and settings are pretty much all you need. It's nice to have a hand held for cleaning the shower and other situations.

The water flow is better, and having this style is great for a family with children. I’m buying more of this style for my other bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Water pressure was good. It had a little bit of a rubbery smell when first opened and installed but disappeared very quickly.

I didn't have all items necessary for installation (pipe tape) initially, so I had to go out to purchase them. Then, I caught a bad cold (not Covid, though - I was tested) which delayed my installation efforts. - Finally, I was able to install the unit. Installation was fairly simple & easy & didn't take too long (approx. 1-1/2 hours) start to finish. It is lightweight & seems like it will be quite durable. - Then, we tested the unit. The sprays with the water pressure at full-force are quite nice, but at lower pressure are a little weak. My son especially likes the 'Rain Forest' setting, while my spouse & I are content with the standard Shower Head. - While I generally prefer a stationary, permanently mounted shower head, the quality of this unit is beyond reproach & most of my family enjoys it.

I love how both heads have more than enough pressure. I am in my mid-60s and female and it pretty easy for me to install. I've now showered several times with the new shower head and there are no complaints. I was able to massage the sore spots with the handheld and take a shower with the fixed head. I'm considering getting one for each of my kids for Christmas!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When using both sprays, it lets out too much water on the lower head, so the upper head is a very weak spray. Either head used alone work great.
