Helps me greatly with boosting my immune system. Before Covid and now during it has he loses a great deal as I have two auto immune issues. I see the difference when I don’t use it and it has great ingredients.

Great for nasty mouth sores from biting down on inside of your cheek/lip/tongue from TMJ or if your mouth blows up from too much sugar or eating/drinking certain fruits etc! I Take 4 before bed at night 2-3 nights in a row and mouth sores are gone.

This is the best lysine for my herpes. It slows the reproduction rate once you get an outbreak. Unfortunately there is no way to obliterate herpes from the human body so once you've been afflicted you have to maintain your immune system vigilently and then take lysine once you get that tingle feeling.

Good product over all. You do however need to take this on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast, which may no work for those in a rush. Tables are smooth and go down very easy for me. They help me keep healthy and happy.
