Q: How do you clean it. Is there a filter?

Routine maintenance includes cleaning the exterior, cleaning the filter (every 2-4 weeks), and cleaning the water tank (1-2 times per week). Please make sure to turn off the dehumidifier and unplug it before cleaning to ensure safety.

Q: Can it be programed for a specific humidity number (example: 50%) ? Does it have a Auto shut off for when it reaches that set humidity?

I unpacked it when it arrived and left it upright for 48 hours before plugging it in. The only initial drawback is the short (3-foot) plastic line, which will require replacement or extension in order to reach a pit or pump station. Like other models, it runs smoothly with comparable noise levels. As we use it more, we’ll make more updates.
