If you are looking for a cookbook that TRULY has clean ingredients, is easy to follow and has receipes that taste delicious - look no furhter! This cookbook has nutrient dense recipes that cut straight to the point of how to make it and what you need. It covers everything from appetiziers to desserts (& everything in between) and even takes some crowd favorite foods and puts a healthy spin on them. I can't reccomend this cookbook enough. **Please note I am not one to write reviews but this book hands down desereves one
