I have mixed feelings about this product. My kid really wanted it. We haven’t had any issues with the bottle design or the pump but the product itself isn’t the best and I think dries out the hair. I won’t be buying it again once this is done.

The bottle/pump works like normal (seeing reviews that’s an issue and having used this product for over a year, never once had a problem). My kid’s hair is thin and straight, and this product works so well on her. I do need to use a leave in conditioner sometimes, but that’s what you get for a 3-in-one. Love the smell and no issues with bubbles running over toddler’s eyes. She is never bothered by it.

I thought it was just a bad one but this is the 2nd bottle in a row that does not pump and breaks. I thought it broke from the ride home but the second time around I know it was fine. Super frustrating when I as an adult can’t get it to work much less a little one.

For a product that is meant to be harmless to kids based off Ingredients, it sure does harm when a TINY amount gets into their eyes. My son got a slight amount in his eyes and was screaming and crying for an hour as well as a completely blood shot eye. Won’t buy again

It says free of sulfates, parabens, etc. But it's full of other harming chemicals. Defeats the purpose of wanting a clean, less harsh, and healthier shampoo.
