A: You can ride this on an unpaved dirt road, but gravel, no it will probably not ride on gravel as it will not be heavy enough or have enough power.

A: There is no separate brake on the Crazy Cart Shift, but with practice it is easy to stop. Removing your foot from the accelerator pedal will slow the cart down as a result of friction in the drive train. To stop the Crazy Cart Shift’s forward motion immediately, take your foot off the accelerator pedal and turn the steering wheel 90° to either side. Removing your foot from the accelerator pedal and turning the steering wheel will result in the Crazy Cart Shift spinning or drifting in a circle and slowing to a stop. By turning the steering wheel 90° and taking your foot off the accelerator pedal, the rider can immediately arrest forward motion and instead turn away. In this way, the Crazy Cart Shift can avoid collisions and evade objects in its path.

Terrible product!! Terrible customer service by Target and the manufacturer!!! Bought two of these for a Christmas gift for my kids. I live where it snows at the first chance they were able to take it outside and play with it they did. It worked for one hour and then died. Contacted the manufacturer have spent two months of sending me different parts and my husband has spent hours on the phone troubleshooting trying to get it to work still won’t work. Now they have told me that I can go to a repair shop and have it looked at. I call Target thinking they would help with this situation since I bought from them but they have told me no there is nothing they will do about it because outside the window of returns told them I’m been trying to work with the manufacturer for two months!!BEWARE buying this product or anything from Razor I would never ever recommend their products or their customer service to anyone. Very disappointed in Target customer service as well.

We have 2 of these bought this past Christmas. About 2 months old. 3 of the screws holding the bottom drive wheel in place are now missing. They drive them only on rare occasions on the weekends but I'd assume the bolts rattled out during thst time. The toy is fun to them but not to the wallet when it breaks after a few rides. My 7 year old is 60 pounds so I didn't think this would be an issue. Test your luck if you buy it.

We have 3 of these and my boys have enjoyed them from ages 4 and up. They love drifting in them. We make them wear helmets. But the quality is not the best. The flags lasted less than a day before they were broken After about 3-6 months I've had to replace several screws that have vibrated out of place. Some of the screws had vibrated out of the clevice that the wheel and motor mount to. Then the screws that hold on the rear casters vibrated out. I put them back with thread lock. Then after a year or two the front wheel has warn down to where it's splitting open. I haven't yet tried to replace these parts. If the manufacturer used thread lock and make the front wheel more durable or with a replaceable tire it would solve a lot of their problems.

We got two for our 9 and 10 year olds. They love them. Easy to put together, simple to learn, fun to use. Make sure you have time to charge it for the full 12 hours before the kids start using! The battery life is good. The power is solid. The kids can’t flip them. My biggest complaint is that there aren’t other colors and that the safety flag is too dark. Oh, and that I wish I’d found these 3 years ago.

It is hysterically fun and entertaining. After 4 summer mos of careless usage, we had to replace the front wheel motor which the razor company was helpful with the specific part. Knowing it’s not built to last, it is great fun.

If you buying this for a Christmas gift be aware that it is delivered without a box. The Christmas surprise for my kids was ruined when it was left in front of my house for all to see. And this was the main Christmas gift.

I will never buy a Razor product again. I didn’t realize their warranty is 90 DAYS! Purchased as a Christmas gift and now with winter being over, after only a few weeks of use the motor intermittently stops working. And there’s no warranty to help. Buyer beware!
