  • A: The MX350 is designed for ages 13 and up. An 11 year old riding it would depend on the maturity; skill level, size and ability of the individual child. The next size down would be the MX125 which is designed for ages 7 and up.

  • A: 1. Bolt the handlebars to the brackets to the top of the forks. 2. Patch the front fender using a single Bolt. 3. Secure the number plate using the snap on pegs. 4. Ensure tire pressure is 45 PSI. 5. First charge charge for 12 hours even if the light turns green. Took me about 15 minutes to assemble the hardest part is waiting for the first 12 hour charge.

  • A: The only thing that needs to be assembled is... 1. The handlebars need to be put on brackets and bolted to the top of the forks. 2. Then you put the front fender on with one bolt 3. Then you put on the number plate which snaps with pegs. 4. Then you check the tire pressure, should be at 45 PSI. (Even though the manufacturer ships inflated and they may feel inflated, they definitely lose air over time. My tires were at 20 psi at unboxing) 5. Charge for a full 12 hours the first time even if the light turns green.

Junk- multiple replacement parts

This item lasted one month before problems started. Bought early for Christmas so by the time it started having issues, the product warranty and return window was closed. Tried three different replacement parts and still have issues with a lag on acceleration. Followed all of the recommendations from the company. Battery and accelerator malfunction

This dirt bike was bought in November of 2023 as a Christmas present. It worked for about a month and then the battery started giving us issues and causing a lag when accelerating. It would not hold a steady charge. We followed all of the online directions for trouble shooting. Bought a battery tester and battery reported good. We decided to replace the charger. Worked for a bit but after a few charges, right back to the lag. Checked on the accelerator/ engine replacement. No change after trying that out. So we replaced the battery. Uninstalled the old and installed a new one. Now up to three replacement parts and after another month of it working okay, now we are back to the lag when accelerating. My son is so frustrated he doesn’t even want to ride it. Of course we are past the 90 day warranty and this is a junk item. Super disappointed.

Razor 24V MX350

My daughter love this bike. She’s had it right at a year. Great condition, she ride it when I go in my walks. Woke up to hop on this morning and it won’t make a sound. Fully charged, looks brand new. Called Target and of course it’s pass 90 days, but still tried my luck! NOPE, they don’t want to hear it. Called because it has a warranty and the number is out of service! Contacted corporate, they just apologized and said it was pass 90 days. $356 wasted. Had the same problem with the Betty Moped, but luckily, someone had a heart that day and actually exchanged it for this back for me. So I guess I should be happy I was able to get a replace that one time, but no more big purchase from Target for stuff like this! They do go out after 5 months. The moped had been acting up way before a year, I just didn’t realize the motor was going out! If I would’ve known, I would have taken it right back! I wouldn’t recommend it y’all. And then the store customer service talk with such and attitude when you’re just trying to get assistance about what to do if you can’t reach the warranty department. The numbers on the packaging was out of service smh

He went to ride it yesterday after it had been charging from the day before and nothing. My son in law checked the voltage on the batteries and they are fine. HELP!!!! My son was super excited to ride this bike! He waited a few months to get it because these bikes don’t ship to Hawaii. He rode it once until the battery was drained. It rides really good and is the right size for him! However, the next day after charging, or so we thought… the bike didn’t start. So we tried charging it again for 10 hours- the wall charger light turns red when charging and when it’s done, the light turns green- but still- no full charge and bike was running as if the battery was almost dead. This is very disappointing! My son was truly bummed!
