Q: My son is 11 years old and is 5'1". Is he too big for this dirtbike? It looks small but the age on the box is for 13+
A: No, the MX350 is designed for riders aged 13+ with a maximum weight limit of 140 lbs. The height from the top of the seat to the ground is 19".
submitted byRazor USA LLC - 1 year agoBrand expertA: I'm 5'3" and have ridden it with my son, it's fun for a while but you may be upgrading to a larger frame quicker than my 8 year old.

Q: My son has been asking for this. But he is only 8 years old. The official description says that it is suggested for ages 13 and up. Has anyone allowed younger kids to ride this?
A: My sons 5 and he has it and hes fine
submitted byt - 6 years agoA: My son is 8 and I was concerned as well but he's having a blast on it! We started off with protective gear until he got comfortable enough to drop everything except for the helmet.
submitted byKaizmom - 1 year agoA: Just purchased this item for my 6 year old daughter and 4 year old son. :)

Q: Confused on the age recommendation. I have an active 11 year old. Bike says for 13+ but reviews say 6 years olds ride on it. Any thoughts?
A: The MX350 is designed for ages 13 and up. An 11 year old riding it would depend on the maturity; skill level, size and ability of the individual child. The next size down would be the MX125 which is designed for ages 7 and up.
submitted byRazor USA LLC - 2 years agoBrand expertA: My 8 year old son has a blast on it but he also started riding his bike at 3.5 years old. I'd go with your instincts and your kid's ability to ride independently.

Q: Is this bike hard to assemble?
A: Assembly instructions are included in the owners manual!
submitted byRazor USA - 5 years agoA: 1. Bolt the handlebars to the brackets to the top of the forks. 2. Patch the front fender using a single Bolt. 3. Secure the number plate using the snap on pegs. 4. Ensure tire pressure is 45 PSI. 5. First charge charge for 12 hours even if the light turns green. Took me about 15 minutes to assemble the hardest part is waiting for the first 12 hour charge.

Q: Does bike come assembled
A: The only thing that needs to be assembled is... 1. The handlebars need to be put on brackets and bolted to the top of the forks. 2. Then you put the front fender on with one bolt 3. Then you put on the number plate which snaps with pegs. 4. Then you check the tire pressure, should be at 45 PSI. (Even though the manufacturer ships inflated and they may feel inflated, they definitely lose air over time. My tires were at 20 psi at unboxing) 5. Charge for a full 12 hours the first time even if the light turns green.
submitted byEmt871167 - 5 years agoA: This bike does not come fully assembled, assembly instructions are included in the owners manual!

Q: This bike is too low and is uncomfortable to ride even for 8 year old. His knees are hitting handles while turning. A bit disappointed. Is it possible to raise the bike seat height ?
A: Unfortunately, the seat on the MX350 is not adjustable.
