Q: Is the entire handle smooth, & does not have the nice rubberized bottom of the older version?

A: The newer brushes have a smooth aluminum ferrule and a plastic handle for easier grip without rubber deterioration. This allows for your brush to last longer and control your application

Q: Didn’t this brush used to have a nice rubber bottom/ handle that was wonderful for gripping? I have an older version that has it, but this new model doesn’t?

This is a great brush to use when I apply my tinted moisturizer. It gives me a flawless look. The only thing I don’t like is after awhile, the bristles start to fall off. This is my second brush. I don’t think I’ll get another one because it doesn’t last a long time. I’ve had other brushes from different brands for years, but this one, seems like I have to renew every couple of months. So, I’ll have to find another foundation brush that will last longer.

I need a brush to dust my laptop keyboard with. It occurred to me that a makeup brush would do the job. It has bristles, so it will get between the keys, but the bristles are soft, so there will be no damage. It is working great!

I had the old expert face brush when it was orange colored handle & figured it was time to switch it up for a cleaner one. This new one works but it’s no where near as dense as the other one which is what i liked about it for doing concealer
