Clean the Makeupsaver Sponge by simply wiping the film side with a damp cloth after each use. Directions of Use:
Apply liquid or cream formula directly to your face or onto the fingerprint film side of the sponge. Gently dab the sponge across the face or under eyes to blend out makeup until the desired coverage is reached. Play all the angles by using the precision point under eyes or to reach targeted areas and using the larger flat surface for all-over blending. This sponge is best used dry to get the most out of your makeup. Pro tip: for an even more natural finish flip the sponge over and use the film-free side to blend out coverage even more!

It's no better than a regular makeup sponge. First of all, makeup application has nothing to do with fingerprints, it's not fingerprints that make makeup application smooth, it's an actual finger, it's hard but bouncey, doesn't absorb makeup, you can actually feel the amount of pressure you're applying. And regular makeup sponges don't absorb much product if they're damp, it's not like they just soak up all your foundation. Anyway, this makeup sponge is ridiculous.

It holds true that it doesn’t absorb the makeup as much as other sponges do, but I just don’t notice anything different or better than other sponges. The fingerprint side feels odd, of course, but I don’t see it applied to my face any better. I wouldn’t buy it.

I like that the color is beige which makes it look less messy with my foundation on it. It feels quality and like it will last a while. I would definitely consider purchasing when this one gets old.

It does allow for less product to be used as it absorbs 90% less makeup. The textured side is easier to clean as all you have to do is give it a wipe to remove excess product after use. The other side is a regular makeup sponge, and it offers a lot of angles to help with even application.

I know it’s there to help with application but I don’t see a difference. Is it worth the money to spend on…maybe but for me I probably wouldn’t and just stick to the original

The smooth side didn't really do anything special. It mentions it is supposed to not absorb the makeup as much as other sponges do. It did live up to that part. If your concerned about product build up on your sponges this might be something to checkout.

I love that this sponge aims to mimic the look of blending this in with your fingertips WHILE also having the traditional sponge side for blurring effect! Doesn’t waste as much makeup as my other sponges but also doesn’t blend as well as my beauty blender which has never been topped.

It works good on the “finger print” side but looks much smoother when applied on the other side. I love that one side is regular and the other side has different texture and angles to get in different areas better. This is easy to hold on to while applying foundation.

This one makes it feel like I’m getting sooo much coverage out of a tiny bit of makeup because of the fingerprint technology. It goes on so smooth, so even. I will not be buying any other makeup sponge from here on out, I’m sold!

I really like that the sponge is small, curved and easy to hold. The sponge makes applying the makeup easier and you use less makeup. Unfortunately I have sensitive skin and my face broke out after applying the makeup with the sponge.
