Q: Does the lamp have the capability for a 3 way bulb?

A: Hi - no, these lamps have an on-off socket switch, not a 3-way switch. But if you are looking for 3-way functionality we'd suggest using a line cord dimmer. These give you many more options for levels of light and are very easy to use. Thank you for the question.

Nice table lamps. They were easy to assemble and they do exactly what I needed them to. The only thing I wish I would have noticed is that they are a one size bulb. They would have been better to be three way bulbs.
