Remington Pearl Straightener - 1"

I love this straightener so much I am buying it again. 3rd one but I get about 6 years out of $35!

This is the best straightener ever!! I have had it for YEARS and it still works so well. Heats up quickly and doesn’t hurt my hair at all.

It pulls on your hair

This straightener only worked for a year. It suddenly stopped feeling like it was working as well and then a couple days later when I tried using it again there was a crackling sound coming from the straightener and an awful smell.

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews here, if you have any type of hair that isn’t somewhat straight STAY AWAY. This will make your hair, dry, frizzy and horrible!

I bought this because I read some good reviews. Honestly, I don't like this straightner at all. My old straightner was Kristin Ess and it was great! I didn't want to spend too much money on another one but it was time for a new one. I tried this one out -- it pulls on my hair when i straighten it, feels like its ripping out strands. It doesnt get pin straight and leaves my hair decently frizzy. Wanted to return it but I dont have the box anymore -- didn't think I would hate it.

Cheap iron caused heat damage.

Completely fried my bangs. If you can get your hands on the Remington purple pearl version it is 100 times better and actual salon quality. I can’t even return this as I threw away the box.

I love this Flat Iron. I have wavy hair that has a lot of volume when dried. I have owned many of the more expensive "Salon Quality" flat irons, and Remington makes the best in my opinion. Before purchasing this one, I had my previous Remington (purchased from Target of course) for 6 years before it just wasn't heating up or straightening my hair as good as it used to. This flat iron does not leave creases and does not pull my hair. It's fantastic.

Breaks in about 6-8 months! I’m on my third one of these.. I keep going back because it’s affordable, works really well (AT FIRST) and then it literally just stops getting hot in about 6 months for some reason or another.. I wish they would fox this because it’s a great straightener for the price! Also- my straightener is like my life line LOL I use it everyday.. so part of the reason I’m on my third is because when it unexpectedly breaks on me, I have no choice but to run to my target and grab it again. I will not repurchase this again though.

It Worked Great For A Year, And Now It Wont Stay On For Longer Than 30 Seconds To A Minute

Great straightener. Effective in what it does.. inexpensive and I've had mine going on 8 years I think.it does get hot so be sure to use a thermal protector on your hair. I like it has different temperature settings and a lock feature. There's always room for improvement. But this product works very well as it does now.

I currently use this because my husband bought it for me for valentines day and he picked a winner! It keeps my hair smooth, shiny, and I haven't seen any signs of damage. I use it 1-2 times a week.

I have had this straightener for a few years. It works great. Many different heat settings and heats up very quickly. Highly recommend. I was even able to straighten my toddlers hair. Because it’s not bulky I didn’t have to worry too much using it on her hair. On 300° it straightens my semi wavy hair perfectly.

I really like how with my 4c hair even on a low setting the straightener was able to straighten my hair with ease with minimal to no damage

When I do flat iron curls they last for DAYS! I have fine hair and it’s hard to get a curl to stay. It’s the perfect size, fits comfortably in your hand and the swivel cord makes curling a breeze.

Straightens well and curls well. I’ve been using mine for years!!

I have had my other straightener for almost 20 years it finally gave out and I decided to purchase this straightener, this straightener is fantastic it works the same as my other but a bit better, cause obviously it's new and heats up faster, it made my hair silky soft and did not pull my hair it has a smooth glide. I highly recommend this product!!! great price great buy!!!
