I was really excited to try it, I even gave it a week to see if things got better but I got tired of losing hair. It gets so tangled you can’t even brush it! No amount in conditioner can help to brush it!!

I tried it once and my scalp was starting to itch like crazy. Ended up rinsing with pure aloe and let it soak to calm down my scalp. Also the pump was broken. Had to unscrew to use. Returned,
Cause my eczema to flare up

I bought this a month and a half ago and I thought it was working fine, but I noticed I started getting this really bad rash. I went to the doctor and it was my eczema flaring up because of this shampoo. I’ve never been allergic to tea tree and I didn’t have a clue about rosemary because it’s not supposed to cause an allergic reaction. I have not used anything but this and I changed my deodorant, my detergent, basically everything thinking it was that!

Made my hair feel awful! Did not lather at all! I'm definitely going back to Paul Mitchell tea tree and spending the extra money!!

Frequent user of other tea tree shampoos. Picked this up to try because it was marked down. Like other reviews it caused patchy hair loss.
Best one so far!

I've been trying out tons of shampoos for my scalp. I have greasy roots and dry ends. I'm getting older, therefore my body's and scalp needs change in time. One shampoo might work for a while then boom...my hair reacts badly to it. This is the ONLY shampoo I do not need to change or switch. It lathers well, cleans well, leaves no residue or heavy feeling, doesn't cause build up and it smells nice. The texture of my hair is softer, yet a bit thicker so that's nice. Keeps sebum or dryness in check and doesn't strip my hair. Just a very good gentle yet effective product.
Smells good and leaves hair soft, BUT made my hair fall off

I started using this brand a while back and it was good. Then they changed the formula and I still continued to use it because I liked the way it made my hair feel. Overtime, I did notice that I was losing more hair than usual. I have a lot of hair so I didn't really notice until I stopped using it and started using Shea Moisture. After a couple months, I noticed my pony tails getting thicker again.
Such a difference

Wow, what a difference. Tried this product today and was thinking if it would be pure enough to make a natural difference for my psoriasis. Thank you.
Poor Replacement for Tea Tree & Aloe

Long time user of Tea Tree, Sage & Lemon then could no longer find it anywhere. Then I switched to Tea Tree & Aloe. I have severe skin allergies and these two shampoos were lifesavers! Left my long dark hair super shiney and clean, no allergy flareups when used. Not so with the replacement, Tea Tree & Rosemary. Have used it twice and both times had a severe allergic reaction; wheezing, congestion, and swollen red eyelids for at least 24 hours. The only reason I used it the second time was because I didn’t think it was because of the change in shampoo. Very unhappy with the change and can no longer find the previous two versions I mentioned at any of the stores near me and where I used to buy it. Don’t know what’s in this new one that triggered that allergic reaction — use with caution if you have skin/respiratory sensitivity/allergies!

Hair falling out in clumps. Hair dresser said perhaps from dryness? Causes a lot of static, itching, and dryness.

I just finished the whole bottle, and I’m purchasing a second. This makes my hair SO SOFT. This lathers up amazingly. My hair is wavy and fine, and this even works wonders for my son’s curly hair too. For the price point you can’t beat it. I’ll be buying this for a long time hopefully. Maybe I’m delusional, but I think the rosemary in it is helping my hair grow too.

I’ve been using Tea Tree and lemon sage for years… it was the only one my scalp doesn’t get irritated with, I’m dismayed at the change. I’ll try the new stuff but would love if you brought the old one back!! It took me years to find the one shampoo that wouldn’t wreck my scalp!
Just okay

It's okay but the highlight of this shampoo is really the bottle it's in. It's great for traveling. The actual product isn't great at all. It takes a lot of product to really clean. The only upside is I'm hoping I use the product up faster so I can move on to something else without feeling wasteful.

First time trying this shampoo I heard lots of good things about it. But! I only used it twice and noticed my hair falling out and my scalp burning and hurting also it was flaking I guess I’m allergic to it. It smells really nice but didn’t work out for me :(

I always get some sort of skin reactions from shampoo but this one didn't give me any. I have really sensitive skin so if anyone is looking for hypoallergenic shampoo, this would be a great buy. Please do not change the formula!!

I'm not opposed to new formulas but this stuff smells very chemically to the point of inducing nausea. I threw it out it was so bad. Bring back the lemon sage.

I have super sensitive skin and a lot of hair products can make my scalp itchy. This product is ph balanced and feels great. My hair feels soft and hydrated without being weighed down and it has a light refreshing scent.

I don’t like the smell. The rosemary is strong. It’s also not very nourishing.

My hair has never grown faster or felt softer! Leaves my scalp feeling so clean and balanced, but not dry or tight. Plus, the soft rosemary scent is absolutely delightful.
