Q: How many hours will this keep food cold? The ads say it will keep food cold/hot for hours but that can me anywhere from 2 to infinity. Can you narrow that doen a bit more?

Q: Can these bags be used to carry frozen food on an airplane with a total flying time 6hrs?

Q: Why does the description say 0.1 qt? I was glad to find that the dimensions in the Q&A are 7"x20"x20." You might want to put that in the product description.

Q: How do you prepare these for reuse? Also, if I need to keep something chilled for a 6.5 hour road trip, should I get multiple bags and change them out?
A: Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. There is no preparation required. Simply place your items in our thermal bag, seal the handle and fold the bag if there is empty space, as you would a paper bag. The least amount of empty space in the bag will help maintain the products internal temperature. If you are needing our bag to preform longer than the up to 2 hour timeframe, we suggest using ice packs to assist. Q: I just purchased two bags, but there are two gaps on top seal. Since this bag wasn't sealed tight, my vegetables were not fresh when I got home. Or am I not using it correctly?
A: Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. In order for our bag to function properly the gaps at the top of the bag are necessary. If our bag was to seal completely like a zip lock bag it would trap condensation inside damaging the foods inside. With the gaps, condensation is able to escape, but as long as the bag does not have any dead space inside, it will maintain the products temperature. We recommend that if you are using our bag and it is not completely full, that you fold over any empty space as you would with a paper bag. We hope this information is helpful.
