Q: Can you kindly clarify with the manufacturer? The description says that a boxspring IS required, and yet one of the answers to a customer's question says it is NOT required. Thank you.

A: Hi, in the specifications tab it is not worded well. But you don't need a box spring.

Q: What is the distance between the slats/panel? Is there a center beam to support the mattress on a full size bed frame? Can the slats be replaced with closer slats so that a box spring is not required?
