The cooler itself isn’t bad and works as intended. I really wish that I had listened to the reviews about the zipper before purchasing this product though. I ignored them thinking it was user error or negligence and went ahead with the purchase anyway. The package comes with a small bottle of lube that you need to apply to the zipper so it doesn’t break. So it’s a known issue to the company, and that’s their fix. I applied the product to the zipper as instructed and used the cooler as intended. The zipper still broke, leaving the cooler useless. I contacted RTIC and got no reply. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item.

This was a gift for my husband who runs a local handyman service. Especially in the summertime (we live in South Georgia), he takes bottled water and bottles of gatorade as well as a snack or two to work. This cooler is working out very well and fits perfectly behind the front seat of the work truck. Very pleased with the construction and it is attractive, too.

I’ve had my 30 can cool for roughly 1. 5 years. It’s been an amazing cooler until last week the zipper quit working correctly. Turns out the warranty is on one year. I’ll be looking for a different cooler for my lunch box. I can’t justify spending the money on something that won’t last.

The additional personalization ruins the look of the cooler/ looks tacky because it was placed very off-center; I made sure it was dead center when adding it online but It came out different, and i'm disappointed. I would love to speak with someone about getting it fixed.

Love it, great size. This will fit on our kayaks. The zipper is tough to open and close, however, this cooler floats so we know it’s do to sealing. This is our 2nd RTIC cooler and we’ll have many more. Love their travel mugs as well.
