I love RTIC products, but this one is less impressive. I got it for baseball season to always have drinks on hand, and I keep it in the shade. But by day 3 all the ice is gone, with only opening the cooler about 2-3 times in the evening. The outside temps range from 40-90F. I like that it is lighter weight and love the colors, but it’s not performing like the heavier versions. Also, EVERYTHING that gets put in the lid net falls into the cooler water. Instead of storing snacks there anymore to fall and get wet, I use it to hold a grocery bag for trash.

Haven’t used it yet, nicely made, no issues there. Bought the tray, not the divider. For the cost, they could have included one of your choice, Im sure. Here’s what I would have preferred: The 30 qt is a good size for a family day trip or overnight, considering Ice and food storage. The 52 is very large, and with Ice and food just too large and heavy for one average person to handle. I had an older less efficient 40 qt. which had both weight, capacity and size going for it.

The cooler itself is amazing and I like the lightweight feel to it. The drains, however, leaked from the beginning I followed up with service and was sent to new drains which continued to leak as well. They do not leak around the drain. They leak through the threads. Once I put pipe tape on the threads and put the drains back on the leak stopped. It seems to be a manufacturing issue and I wish you had put the old style drains from the rotomolded coolers into this one as well as I have never had a leak on those.

This is a very nice quality cooler. I do like the freezer pack I can use to split the sections. This cooler keeps the food nice and cool. For me the size is also a plus. It's not to small which I did think it would be. All in all I love it.

Unbelievable how NOT heavy it is! Love it so far. I really like the color and layout. Like the bottle opener and net. The 52 does not have those. I also got the divider u throw in the freezer and it fits perfect. Good job here for half the cost of other brands.

Excellent product and very quality made. This was exactly what I was hoping it would be. This cooler stays in my trunk and basically serves as a cold and frozen food storage from the grocery to my house. I love the lightweight construction so it is much lighter than a previous product.

I sent these coolers (personalized) to each of my 12 team members for Christmas. They were a huge hit. Unfortunately, and perhaps something you could explore, there was no way to attach a gift card so instead I needed to let people know to expect something from me separately (and came with the dollar figure on the receipt). The coolers were a home run, just something to enhance.
