Bought this cooler in July. After just 6 months the hinges cracked severely. The material is about as thick as a Coke Can. I sent all the photos to RTIC and asked for a new lid or a new cooler. They told me it's not covered under warranty. I will no longer purchase RTIC Products. Would be possibly ok cooler to use once or twice a year. Doesn't hold up to fishing trips very well.

Kept ice cold during a 3 day kayak/camp trip on the river. Disapponted in the durability of the outside, however, as it got scratched up very easily on the sides/lid while in the kayak. I could have babied it more, but shouldn't have to felt like it looks beat up a lot more than other lesser coolers have after just one trip.

Purchased this to supplement my Yeti Tundra 45 for the recent hurricanes we’ve had on the West coast of Florida. Both times the Rtic out performed. And weighs nothing in comparison. When you are lugging suitcases and yard waste around all day that is a blessing. I loaded my 32Q Ultralight up with the max (30lbs) of ice on a Tuesday. I still had abou 8 cups remaining the following Monday. The Yeti was cashed in 2 days. I’d post a pic but it doesn’t seem this site supports that.
