Measurements for the lid are improperly attributed to the bin. Please correct the photo on your website.

There were 8 of these in my local store and every single one had a similar defect with a thin layer of plastic bubbled up from the surface. It may not matter for storage but I needed this to hold liquids and that will be an issue.

The Rubbermaid Roughneck is a solid choice for this size container.

I was so happy to find these - you can no longer buy them singly in the stores! I had to buy the 16 pack, which was a pretty good value, and split the cost with a carpenter friend who needed some for his tools. Once covid hit, the price of plastic skyrocketed, so the cost had gone up a lot but buying them in quanty saved money. I needed this size because I use them to store my dahlia tuber singles and clumps in wood shavings. I can still lift these at age 70 yrs old; the others are too heavy now when they are filled. A caveat, though: DO NOT stack them over about 4-5 high, if you have something in them that is over 15 pounds. The tub on or near the bottom can collapse from the weight of the others (the walls sort of cave in). I was able to adjust and not lose the tub that sort of collapsed, but I wish I could stack them higher. The old ones held up better to weight; this plastic seems softer or thinner.. Still in all, a great size and product, and the lids fit well. This size is good for storing lots of different type things. I would buy again.

Do not buy these totes as they are not worth anything and a waste of time. I have been buying Rubbermaid tote for many years and adore them. These totes are not Rubbermaid!!! They are made by a company United Solutions who licenses the Rubbermaid name. As you can see from my pictures not one but all of the totes I bought had issues.

We have used Rubbermaid tubs for over 20 years. They are durable. Thank you Target for carrying quality products.

top seemed warped and did not stay on securely. when you press to lock only one side locked. the other side wouldn't click because the area was longer where it should click. For a "roughneck" I expect a secure tight fit. I will be returning.

Rubbermaid are the best storage containers ever

I wanted to love these bins because I love to Rubbermaid commercial storage bins. But the bins i got at target were so cheap and they thin the bins and lids all started to rip at the handles.!

I always buy Rubbermaid totes the only brand I use around the house especially for my crafts and sewing projects. I have tried cheaper brands so sorry don’t hold up and they stock well fitting on top of each other

The tops barely stay on. Cheap and flimsy. I could have just put the items in a box if I wanted the kind of support this provided

Rubbermaid has cut corners again. I've had some of these totes for over 20 years. They're out go to camping tote, sturdy stackable and waterproof. I've kept a larger one outside [rain or shine] to store a small amp for music on the deck. Over the years a sun exposed box cracked as did a lid. No complaints. Last week we bought two more. My wife noticed the lids felt a little flimsy and they didn't snap closed like all our other totes. I weighed two lids. The old one was 19.5 oz., the new ones 15.7oz. Did Rubbermaid get aquired by venture capital, cutting corners for $? I've had a cushion box [since discontinued] that has kept out rain and rodents for 15 years. A larger storage container I bought last year with two doors and a lift lid comes apart at the joints and needs bronze wool stuffed into the joints to discourage mice. Very disappointing.
