I bought 2 of these alarms because I have an in-home daycare and we just did some remodeling replacing both our front and back doors, and per the regulations ,my doors have to be alarmed. I lied the idea that my new doors wouldn't need 2-way tape ,these looked ideal. One worked great,the other wont work.When I try to contact Sabre,naturally,there is no phone number to be found-suspicious,l and when you do a chat,its a "stupid "bot thats as useless as this alarm.

Batter was dead when we got it. Bought for a future vacation and then we went to use it it did not work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this door handle alarm from SABRE and Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. This product was-for the most part-easy to set up with simple flicks of buttons and a light to display activation. However, trying to rescrew the backpiece on was tedious and frustrating. The product itself was very simple and effective. It was responsive when placed on its different sensitive settings and both the chime and the alarm sounds were loud and attention-grabbing. There were no issues with the battery, though it hasn’t been in my possession for an extended period of time, so overall performance may be questionable. Overall, it seems like a good product to carry while traveling if you want a little more protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is way more sensitive than I’d imagined. I was not able to test the scenario, but I’m thinking, maybe even wind could set it off. It will go off with the slightest touch of a door knob. It almost seemed like we weren’t even touching the door knob from the other side before it went off. It’s impressive but I can’t speak for false alarms due to it’s sensitivity, even on low sensitivity mode. However, I feel this is a quality product and I would think that wind would not be a problem. This is a durable device and it’s definitely dependable and worth the price. It could give a lot of people some valuable peace of mind. Personally, I would’ve liked to use this on my bedroom door, but the noise would be very startling to hear it go off. I would love to use this more if there were a much quieter setting. This device is made to alert everyone in the home. I’m not sure though, if in a very big home, with heavy, closed doors, that it would wake people from a deep sleep. I do recommend this, as it isn’t pricey, and it is reliable and has the couple of settings that it does. I didn’t notice much of a difference (at all) between the high sensitivity and low sensitivity settings, And the chime versus alarm, doesn’t make too much of a difference. They’re only slightly different noises. I think if the company focused more on volume, this would be very very useful to me. Maybe they have similar products that do just that. I was looking for a very incontinent set up and waspleasently surprised. I have it set ti chime because alarm is seriously alarming. A very effective product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well enough. Pretty loud when it sounds off! I've already dropped it a few times & it hasnt busted open or damaged anything. I like that hangs off the door handle, but truthfully i wish it was made more for a sliding glass door. There's no way to attach it to a slider, which is more of a threat of being broken into. We leave it on the security door & it actually does sound off when anyone touches the handle.
