Q: We need to install a gate in a doorway. The door is gone but the stops remain. Removing them neatly is a challenge. Can I use wood spacers under the bracket mounting holes to bring them flush with the surface of the stops?
A: Hello, thank you for your question! This model requires the bumper to be 100% on a flat surface, we do not recommend using wood spacers to install the gate.
