Do not use this product. It's horrible. It was so painful taking it off that I thought it had peeled my skin off and after it burned and my upper lip area swelled and was very red and splotchy! It has been 24 hours since I applied it and my upper iip area is still very sore and swollen. This new formula is awful. I will return it for a refund.

I have been using sally Hansen face & bikini wax strips for years! Just purchased the “new formula” and am even more impressed ! Works well HOWEVER, the azulene oil wipes I do Not like them there are NOT ENOUGH in the box we don’t use a whole box each time .. EITHER GO BACK TO THE JAR OF OIL OR ADD MORE WIPES TO PACKAGE !! YOU CAN MAKE THE WIPES HALF THE SIZE .. it is not enough in the box. PLEASE!!

This product pulled some of my skin off, and I have a rash in another area. I have gotten face wax before and never faced any such issues. The face oil wipes did not help at all and I think after using them my skin was burning even more.

I used to love these, tge last year they've left my skin very irritated. Given me hives and scabs around my eyebrows where I wax. I thought it was a one time thing, so I bought another box just to have the same thing happen. Horrible formula that very much ticks your face off! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

I’ve always used these strips, they work very well. The complaint I have is that they’ve recently switched to oil wipes post wax instead of the small bottle of liquid. The issue with this is that there are never enough wipes for the number of strips not even by half. Please fix it Sally Hansen

What Happened to the old Formula? Sure, they work, but they leave a ton of thick, sticky goo behind. I’ve Been using this brand for over a decade, and genuinely dislike the skimping on product quality. The old strips would last me 3+ months because there were so many included in each box. Now, this new stuff comes with less than half of what Sally Hansen used to give us, plus a downgrade from the bottle of Azulene oil, to two little oil wipes. I’m very disappointed in yet another company forfeiting their integrity & letting down the customers that PUT THEM there to begin with, just to push their bottom line.

What in Sally Hansen’s name are these?? The “avocado oil” blend (AKA wax with blue dye) leaves a comical amount of goo all over you. You tuen have to use one of the four—yes, only four—half-ply wipes to scrape off the aforementioned goo. Don’t consider re-using a wipe because it falls apart into shreds while you employ it like sandpaper. Please bring back the old formula with small bottle of finishing oil.

Old clear wax strips way better. Used old wax strips for years. This new blue wax strip is terrible. It’s messy and is a hit or miss with getting the hair. Also this new strips at times causes damage to my skin whereas the other one did not. Please go back to old strips

New green color wax barely removes any hair, and is more prone to leaving a gummy mess behind. So disappointing because the old formula was the complete opposite: snatched every hair and barely left any product behind. I didn't realize they'd changed it til I opened the box. Sucks. Won't be buying anymore.

The oil is great at taking off the excess wax and getting rid of redness, itchiness, and irritation… and smells good! Wax strips overall work great and definitely last longer than shaving.

I tried this when i had just got it and it done ripped my lip, i tried to wax my upper lip and when i tried to take it off it stuck on my face and didnt come off. i used a towel and hot water and after 10-20 minutes of taking it off, I was it ripped my top and bottom lip. I will and will say it again, I hate this brand and the worst first experience of wax strips.
