I had a lot of trouble getting anything to work. Didn't remove anything

Had high hopes, but this product did not work at all for me :(

Purchased with intent to use on my face and found less than effective results. Challenging to heat the contents in the microwave enough to make the sugar wax rollable without being too hot for your skin. And more importantly, the surface roller is much too large to use on your face but might be better used on large surface areas like legs or underarms.

Sorry, but this product is absolute garbage does not work at all. You put the strip over the area with the applied wax and it just peels off. It doesn’t wax off anything.

Sometimes it gets a little messy and sticky but i love the fact that it's easily removable with water. Not 100% effective in removing hair completely in one go. Doesn't have any strong smell. I usually wax at home using a homemade sugar honey mix or wax strips but this was different and quite easy compared to other methods just microwave for about 15-25 secs amd use a towel to pickup as it maybe hot also a small pot of warm water to keep it warm and apply it did get a good amount of hair but it take a few tries to get use too plus it's easy to rinse the strips are also reusable which is amazing as it reduces waste I'm impressed with the results plus cost effective I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes

Easy to use, works great. I was scared after reading other reviews but if you follow the directions (which are easy) then it is terrific! I am glad I gave it a chance because I will now buy this on a regular basis.

I gave the tube enough time to heat up in a mug of hot water then I applied it to my upper lip. I think it's best to do it in bits but I was in a rush that day. It worked well enough, I liked that it included soothing patched for after. I think this would be much better for eyebrows than upper lips. Unlike the other HydroSILK products, I had a some trouble warming the wax to a spreadable consistency as I found that it got stickier/cooler faster than the rest of the sugar wax products. This is probably due to the fact that you're working with more wax and the roller is thicker so harder to warm the wax inside. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly. I absolutely LOVE that the strips are reusable. It makes it so much more environmentally conscious and cost-effective as I don't have to worry about continually buying new strips. The wax removal was effective and quick (a bit painful if the hair is course). I found the roll-on application to be a bit difficult (there was no way of "stopping" the wax cleanly, there will always be wax leftover on the roller head), however, with waxing such a large area, I think this was the best option and method of application in terms of cleanliness. Overall, the minor setbacks do not outweigh the usefulness and effectiveness of this product, and I will continue to use this wax roller and recommend it to others.
