I bought a Vizio TV 6 months earlier, I had nothing but problems with the Vizio and after 19 times resetting and numerous calls to Vizio I bought the Samsung to replace my previous pice of junk. The Samsung has preformed flawlessly and I recommend them.

This is my second one. The first one was sent back as the sound would periodically disappear. I followed instructions from the Samsung Techs to no avail. The new TV is better as it only has happened twice and that was weeks ago. We will see.

If the sound stops working again, there are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. This TV would be okay except there is no voice option on the remote. My bad for not realizing that before ordering. There are also audio issues with the volume. I shoud have spent more and got more. Our previous Samsung TV worked for years without issue.

Hi Scott, If the Samsung TV Plus app is not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update. If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV: 1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. 2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. The TV picture is fine but the TV does not have speaker ports other than one HDMI eArc. I have been trying to connect two devices to it but so far have been unsuccessful. Either a RCA-plug, second HDMI eArc, or optical connection would have been better.

Hi Herbic, Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV. I recommend an HDMI splitter, which will allow you to connect more than one audio device at the same time.
