I purchased a Chrystal UHD DU7200 75” TV. I like it, but, I constantly see messages appear on the top right of the screen informing me about the viewing policy. Maybe it doesn’t like us viewing MSNBC news. Is someone “spying” on us?

The sound and video are both excellent but holy cow is the remote difficult to use. If you push the wrong button it can take 5 minutes to get back to where you were. I hope there's a remote that's more user friendly.

I bought this last year and I have never enjoyed it, when I set it up it always says contact the manufacturer

I have a few recommendations that may resolve the shadows you are seeing on your screen. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, run a diagnostic test. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If there are no issues during the Picture Test, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines. - If the shadows still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If shadows appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step.
