Q: I’m having an issue with the screws for my stand. The Tv keeps wobbling and leaning forward even after I’ve screwed the screws all the way in. Is this normal or a manufacturing issue I’m so lost on what to do, I can’t even use the tv.
A: I had a similar problem I had the screw in slightly crooked causing the 'feet not to be flush with the bottom of the tv. I took them out and screwed these self-tapping screws straight.
submitted bybillboats - 9 months agoA: I ended up having to use a drill to secure them because I ran into the same issue. They made it difficult if you’re doing it by hand. So either use a drill or you’re going to have to put all your weight on a Phillips screwdriver.
submitted byAndrew - 6 months agoA: I had the same problem initially & ended up switching my screw head size on my Phillips to a smaller one, which helped turn the screws on the final push to tighten the stand.

Q: Does it have web browser
A: Model V4K43M-08 does not have a web browser. This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google Chromecast, Apple AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.

Q: Does this require internet connection to set up and use? I’m a simple guy and just want to connect my Apple TV and be done; I have no need of any “Smart” features.
A: If just using apple tv you do not have to connect to wifi. You can just skip setup by press the back button on your remote at the start on "choose language" screen upon turning the tv on.
