Great when it works but my inside screen went out after 13 months (you have a 12 month warranty). I baby my phones they live life in a case. No damage no water yet still went out even though I do not use it often. If they could fix that inside screen so it doesn't go out so often I'd have given it a 5 star

Bought the samsung galaxy z fold 3 a bit more than a year ago. Just loved the phone! Until inner screen just cracked yesterday. And now a big black ligne appeared in the middle rendering it unusable! To be known this wasn't my everyday phone so it is not like I wore it down by heavy use since I only used it at home after work. A lot of people seem to have the same problem and it looks like samsung is refusing to admit that their product is faulty!

The phone is great. The screen is not so great. I have 2, and both have had a screen cracked down the fold. Samsung did pay/cover the cost for 1 to be replaced. But I would not but the Z3 or another one!

Inner screen broke with normal use well under the 200,000 folds / 5 years advertised. Still has the factory screen protectors, has never been without a case, never dropped, no water damage. And yet the inner screen is dead, area right down the center is black and right side doesn't work at all. Be sure to buy the insurance.

Not worth the money. Front screen is too small. Unfolded screen isn't right for watching anything. Most apps cant be folded or unfolded. Most apps don't work right on the front screen. Requires a completely different pen than the notes. Whole slew of terrible design decisions. Cant find a replacement protector that doesn't degrade the picture. All the cases seem to require being taped on, so don't expect to clean your phone regularly. I should have bought a phone and a tablet and saved some money.

I am beyond satisfied with this phone. I have been a Samsung user for over a decade. This is my first review not because I had bad experience with their products. However, because this phone is one of a kind, the updates since launch dramatically improved the phone. Big difference between the Z Fold2 and this one. I also have both the S Pen Pro and Fold Edition. They work great on this phone. Keep on the great work guys. #samsungforlife. Suggestion: Create a slot for the S Pen on a Z Fold. I know the previous is a challenging task.

After 5 months, I woke up with a big black line down the middle when it's open. Had to jump through hoops to get Samsung to fix it. When i got it back, if you open it the outside screen no longer works and it needs to be re booted. When you do use the inside screen and close it, the light stays on draining my battery. I just got it back from repair and it's already going back in again!! What a headache!! And I've only had it 6 months! When the phone functions properly, I love it! I'm a 10+ year loyal Samsung customer, won't be getting another Z fold.

Initially, I was enthralled with this device... however, if things present themselves to be too good to be true... they typically are. After about a year and a half of use, it is beginning to develop cracks in the crease of the interior screen. Bummer. I would not buy a similar product until they can fix the issue with normal use cracking.

I have this phone about 3 weeks after it was replaced. The original phone a had a problem with center line of the open face. Do like the speed and the full screen but not to keen on having to replace it to often.

I've had this for more than a year and it has worked well. Just wished the size of the phone (folded) was the same size at the S22, so that when you unfolded it it was actually twice as big as the S22.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally bought this phone in December of 2021 so I have had it for a year. I have done a lot of fun gaming sessions the form factor gives it a more narrow but taller point of view, which I am not the biggest fan of. This is also my first time playing with 120fps on the home screen is the best experience because there you can feel the nicest speed that feels comfortable. Gaming with it I turn it off because of the overheating which makes the phone feel worm. Watching movies can be very fun and is best with earlier movies or shows that were made in a square form factor like Wizards of Waverly Place. One of my favorite parts about Samsung phones is the quick theme customization and being able to change the color of like everything with theme park and good lock. The multitasking on this phone is amazing I now can have both YouTube music and Google maps showing all the time so I can drive safer. I hope they can make the multitasking smoother. The cameras may look and sound low speck but they are great the low light does well and the people at Samsung are doing amazing for the processing of the phone. Overall I think the phone will do great for the next five years.

Watching content is unrivaled compared to iPhone or an S or A series Samsung. The durability is okay, I've had to utilized Samsung care+ once so far and that was seemless. The snapdragon 888 is a capable chipset and is able to handle 99% of tasks (excluding some games on max settings aka Sky children of light). I actually purchased my house using this phone, signing docs, reviewing docs, file organizing is where this phone shines. Samsung Dex is a must, I can connect this phone via usb-C hub to my monitor and have a desktop like experience.
