We had the worst activation experience of any mobile carrier with ulta. Process that should take not more than 15 mins stretched for over 72 hrs now and service was still not enabled at the time of this review. I kept getting false promises about service getting activated on a certain day but no luck. There is a reason why these are so cheap on pocket.

Great T-Mobile network but costly I was excited to be able to get this prepaid Ultra Mobile SIM kit that lasts one month on the T-Mobile 5g network. A full 30 days. I had gotten a T-Mobile prepaid phone as a gift but had not activated it with SIM kit yet and I knew this was going to be perfect for me at the time. I had the cheapest phone you could get and this was better than having to sign up for a phone with a big company and end up under a contract & paying for an expensive phone & phone bill every month. The SIM kit arrived at my home super quickly once it was shipped and on the way. I was glad that they packaged it as well as they did. It would've prevented any damage from happening to it during shipment if there would have been an issue. So I'm very appreciative that they take the time to ship it with care. The SIM kit itself has what you need, except the phone, to get started with having a cell phone line for 30 days without having to have a contact. I think that's great. It wasn't that bad to remove from it's original packaging which was nice. Usually packaging for these are terrible plastic to have to break into with your scissors at home. The SIM kit has easy to follow instructions so that you can get your SIM card installed and set up on your phone. Just do what they say and you will be set up in no time. They're very clear instructions and I know that helps so many people, not just myself. Once you're set up, you're good to go for a full 30 days with unlimited talk, text & data on a T-Mobile 5g network! Honestly, what more could you ask for? T-Mobile has great coverage. Plus I absolutely adore their commercials most of the time and I really love that they use the color pink with so much of their advertising. My only problem was that when I went to buy a second 30 days, I decided to stop around between creek companies and then I found out that this prepaid Ultra Mobile SIM Kit costed more than another company that was only $28 a month. I ended up choosing that other company because of the difference in monthly costs. Plus I got the brand new Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra with the new company at a deal that unbeatable. With this Ultra Mobile SIM Kit & phone plan, I had to settle for the cheapest option available when it came to the phone. The new company is not prepaid but it isn't a contract either. So that is another big difference between this prepaid Ultra Mobile plan. I do recommend this prepaid Ultra Mobile SIM Kit because it is great service, easy to set up and it's part of the T-Mobile network. I would suggest that they match or beat competitors prices for monthly costs. But that's honestly my only complaint. I definitely would've kept the plan if it wasn't so expensive to re-up every month. I'm thankful I received this. Otherwise I would've never known that I love the network as much as I did."

Ultra Mobile Unlimited Talk, Text and Data prepaid sim kit is very easy to set up. It includes 15 GB data on T-Mobile’s 5G network for only $39 a month. The best part is that no contract is needed to use it. Great deal since sometimes cell phone bills can get out of hand and very expensive.

Pleasantly surprised by this mobile plan. I was able to get this plan setup and started with my unlocked phone within 7-minutes. It features multiple SIM card sizes so you don’t have to cut it to fit your phone. Setting up online was a breeze and activation was within minutes.

Ultra mobile is a great inexpensive and reliable network if you need prepaid service. I tried it out for 30 days and travelled throughout my city and out of town on a few occasions. I always had enough coverage for a phone call, and 90% of the time had fast internet speeds. I only encountered slow downs when I was deep inside some buildings, but otherwise no problems and was able to make calls any time which is my main concern.

I was very pleased with the ultra Unlimited mobile plan. It's so hard to find a good phone plan these days that doesn't cost a fortune without multiple lines. I have a lot of family who live out of state so we all have different phone plans and it's hard to combine plans to get the good discounts. The ultra plan isn't like that; for just $39 you get truly unlimited talk, text AND data. That's not something you see everyday. I also like how easy it was to switch my plan. I got to keep my old number and with a few clicks of a button on their website and after inserting the sim I got with the sim kit, I was easily able to switch over. My phone started working immediately. Before I switch over, I would check if you get reception in your area just to make sure you don't switch and then don't have good cell signal, but I didn't have any issues. I would recommend this sim kit to anyone looking for an affordable plan without having to compromise on features.

Ultra easy to set up and install your the sim card and start making and receiving calls on your compatible cell phone. Easily change out sim card if you need to switch services or phones. Price wise this is on par with other prepaid plans. The problem for me is that this brand is on the T-Mobile network. My area has poor coverage on their network. Outside of my area the coverage was descent. The online account management was good.

The sim setup and process of getting this going on one of my old unlocked phones was very easy and clear cut. No issues with my data on my phone or anything. Ran into some issues with service on the T mobile network at my work place near middle ohio. Seems to be a dead spot but everywhere else it seems alright, a little slow but does what you need it to.

I love that this uses T-Mobile network is pretty awesome and great for my area. I set this up with my son’s phone and it was as easy as I had hoped. The instructions were clear and simple to follow through. I like the capacity that it comes with, that’s enough space for him to store a lot of stuff.
