It definitely has a texture, which I don’t mind, but doesn’t dissolve fully. It definitely helps with digestion if you struggle with constipation as well! I haven’t noticed it made my sick time any less, but a great addition to tea! The flavor is pretty neutral and bland as well.

The ingredients in the product are good. It's extra helpful that this product has the added benefit of fiber and vitamin C. The flavor it has is pretty mild. However, it's not completely taste-free. I find it tastes better in food rather than in a drink. Oatmeal, applesauce, peanut butter etc. It doesn't fully dissolve in a drink, but if you don't mind that, it's ok. I'd still use a drink that already has a flavor of its own, like a juice or lemonade. It was gentle on my stomach. I had no problems taking it.
